  I waited 3 hours to have 4 tires installed and when they returned my car, it had something that looked like paint splatter all over my car. When I complained to the manager he said it was pollen. When I showed him closer her used his finger to wipe at one of the spots and said it comes off it’s fine. When I drove away, I heard a loud banging noise in the rear of the car so I went back only to find out that they had not tightened the screws on the tires. I could literally turn the screws with my fingers. I will not got to them again and will not recommend them to anyone else. Poor management and sorry workmanship.

  I originally made my appointment online for a Saturday. I was called within an hour from them explaining they don’t do inspections on the weekends but if I could come within the hour they could accommodate me. I had my car inspected as a new resident of Baltimore. I appreciated the professionalism of the front desk clerk. Everything was explained clearly, as my car originally failed. They were able to fix the problem which made my car pass. I highly recommend them.

  I have been a Mr. Tire (Pikesville, Md) customer for more the 20 years. Staff is helpful and was patient even when I ordered the wrong tires on-line and insisted that they were right (LOL). They told me I needed tires weeks before, but I waited until I rolled into the shop with a front spare tire on one side and a slow leak down to 25 psi on the other side. Sad!! They were also help when I bought the wrong headlight bulbs and didn't how to install it. They showed me the correct size and installed it. Thank you Mr. Tire. You know I'll be back. KR

  Techs weren’t very knowledgeable about equipment needed to complete the service on my tire. I was inconvenienced by having to go to another Mr. Tire location to have service completed.

  I paid $700 and had to come back twice, not because I wanted to, but because they didn’t do what I paid for the first time. When I asked about it, the person at the counter told me, “Just because it’s in the invoice doesn’t mean they’ll do it. You have to ask.” That is completely unacceptable. If I’m being charged for something, it should be done. I should not have to come back or ask for it again. He was rude, dismissive, and honestly hurtful in the way he spoke to me. I can tell when I’m being treated differently, and that’s exactly how it felt. While I was there, I saw him interact with another customer in a much more respectful and friendly way. The difference was clear. Just because my skin is white doesn’t mean I should be treated differently or spoken to with less respect. I will not be returning, and I will be taking my car somewhere else to have the work done properly.
