  If I could give this place negative stars I would. Use to come here when I lived in the area. They were quick and professional. I was working in the areas and needed and old change so I figured I’d stop off. WTH happened to this place. It’s like work release program for violent inmates. Yelling and arguing amongst each other. Cursing at each other and while pawning off responsibility for individual task and throwing things over vehicles. If this were my personal vehicle I would have left without allowing them to touch it. I cannot believe how far this place has fallen off. I feel like I just had an oil change in the worst neighborhood in west Baltimore. Do not come here for any reason

  Got an oil change and radiator service at Bay 2 around 1:30 pm 5/18/26, and received VIP treatment! Vincent was friendly, informative, and professional. He let us know that we were in good hands with Asst. Manager Tiffany. Highly recommend coming to this Valvoline!

  Keisha, Tiffany, and Deante are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! They are thorough and communicative. Most of all their customer service is top-tier. My fiancé usually takes my car for its maintenance but with this team, I can go myself! ☺️ Definitely come by and ask for them and let the team handle your car.

  Mrs. Kesha and her best friend (Carlo) was awesome! I pulled right in and was immediately greeted by Mrs. Kesha. She was so nice and friendly!! They were quick and efficient. It honestly felt like I was being taken care of by friends. I will definitely be back!!

  This was my first time at a Valvoline. I must say this the way to go . I like the fact you can be in your vehicle. This was so great especially since I had my fur baby with me. He was a big hit! The service was great from start to finish. I was greeted. I like how I was informed of the process. The team seem very friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable and confident in having my vehicle service here. Everyone took pride in their work and the place was so clean from what I could see. Also I was given my return date sticker which is so helpful. This was the crew that work the afternoon. The oil change didn’t take long at all. Thank you all for making my first experience with this company a great one. This was a very stress free maintenance. Thank you A++
