  I was highly satisfied with my experience here. The staff was courteous and fast. The gentlemen took care of my vehicle and informed me about important information regarding my vehicle. They also made sure that everything was correct and done before I left. I will continue to go back to Valvoline.

  I have been there several times and had a good experience until the last couple of days. There is one employee the is quite boisterous. I pulled in yesterday and heard him dropping the "F" bomb and complaining that someone else was taking a break. I sat there awhile waiting while he did this. I got fed up waiting and pulled out disgusted without getting the oil change. I decided to give him a second chance and went back today. After I pulled in I heard the same gentleman complaining that someone in a similar car as mine pulled out yesterday. Obviously he recognized me and was complaining to someone. I asked him if he would like me to leave and he said it's "up to you". So I left. Two of the employees apologized several times but it was too little too late. I own two businesses and would like to know if one of my employees was acting like this.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained everything clearly, completed the service quickly, and didn't pressure me into unnecessary extras. The whole process was convenient, and I appreciated the excellent customer service. I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance.

  Today was my first experience at Valvoline, and I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first. I’ve always taken my vehicle to Lexus for service, so trying somewhere new was a big deal for me. However, Dominique and Jordan completely changed my perspective. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. They explained the entire process, answered my questions, and made sure I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands. What stood out most was their patience and attention to customer service. They made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way and assured me that everything would be taken care of properly. Great service. Great professionalism. Great first experience. Dominique and Jordan represented Valvoline extremely well, and I truly appreciate them both. I’ll definitely be back!

  I had such a great experience at Valvoline today! I came in for an oil change and radiator service, and the entire process was quick, professional, and genuinely pleasant. A special shoutout to Ms. Keisha, the manager—she was seriously the kindest, sweetest person. She made me feel welcome, explained everything clearly, and made what is normally just another annoying car-maintenance errand feel incredibly easy. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in the service her team provides. Excellent customer service, excellent work, and an all-around great experience.
