  We had a nail in our truck wheel on Saturday. I dropped the truck off Saturday morning and the guys in the shop were very professional (as always) and knew my urgency for getting the truck back. They had me Handled the same day. I’ll always go back to them. They’ve done other vehicles for us in the past and aways great service.

  I WENT TO MR TIRE ON SATURDAY 3/28 with my 2014 NISSAN ALTIMA K. THOMAS .. I WAS GREETED WITH FRUSTRATION WHEN I FIRST GOT THERE . OVERCAME THAT . TOLD THEM ABOUT MY CAR BEING WOBBLY , SHAKING , ECT . THEY CAME BACK SAYING I NEEDED A CONTROL ARM RIGHT LOWER AND LEFT LOWER ( with all that entails with replacement, Bushings and some more they named came with replacing Arms ) . TIE ROD LL AND RL . AND BRAKES !!! I WAS TAKEN BACK BY THE BRAKES BECAUSE I HAD JUST GOTTEN THE. REAR BRAKES IN AUGUST 8, 2025 . I GOT FRONT AUGUST 27, 2024 ( Still have my receipts) I ONLY DRIVE FROM GLEN BURNIE TO ANNAPOLIS TO AND FROM WORK . SO MY BRAKES HAVE ALWAYS LASTED ME OVER 3 to 4 YEARS . I AGREED TO GET THE ARM CONTROLS AND TIE RODS DONE . RICH AND FRED CAME BACK WITH THE CONCLUSION I DIDN’T NEED BRAKES . WELL WHY WAS IT SAID ??? RICH SAID BECAUSE THEY WERE LOOKING AT IT WRONG . THAT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE . BECAUSE I DO HEAR SQUEAKING IN MY BRAKES SO I DO NOT BELIEVE IT . I TOOK MY CAR TO STORE #731 WHERE RICH WORKED BEFORE STORE #775 TO GET THEM DONE . HIS NAME is on my RECEIPTS FOR THE TWO BRAKE SERVICES . IT DOESN’T STOP THERE . LABOR COST ME $661 . EACH ARM. CONTROL COST $665 A PIECE with a ( Discount of 150.00 ) which equaled $515.00 piece . I was upsold or something . Because no way . All together I PAID 2,009.00 which I was told 1950.00 before I got it done ( still over priced ) . By the end I was frustrated I paid and left . All of my family live in Calvert County where I’m from . So no one was close to ride with me . I said I wouldn’t go to Mr Tires anymore just to NISSAN in ANNAPOLIS like I’ve been going . BUT MR TIRE IS CLOSE TO HOME . They GOT OVER ON ME AS A WOMAN BEING THERE BY MYSELF . AND I AM NOT GOING TO STOP HERE . I AM TAKING MY CAR TO NISSAN TO HAVE THEM LOOK OVER THE WORK MR TIRE DID on 3/28 TO MAKE SURE IT WAS ACTUALLY DONE . THEN HAVE THEM LOOK OVER MY BRAKES TO MAKE SURE NONE ARE NEEDED. BECAUSE I GOT MY FRONT BRAKES DONE FROM MR. TIRE 1 year AND SOME MONTHS AGO . And THE REAR not even a year ago . SO HOW CAN THAT MISTAKE BE MADE EVEN BY VISUAL INSPECTION? I’VE BEEN A BANKER FOR 25 YEARS I PRIDE MYSELF ON GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAIRNESS . AND THIS WAS NOT IT . I USE TO LOVE MR TIRE . THEY ALREADY TRIED TO CHARGE ME OVER 250 to INSTALL A BATTERY WITH A TOTAL 553.00 FOR REPLACEMENT UNTIL I SPOKE UP AT STORE 731 AND THE PRICE WENT DOWN . A BATTERY ! NOW AT STORE #775 I PAID ENTIRELY TOO MUCH FOR YESTERDAY’S SERVICE . ESPECIALLY PARTS AND LABOR . IT MAKES YOU FEEL AWFUL . BECAUSE YOU CAN’T TRUST ANYONE. AND PLEASE DON’T WRITE A GENERIC RESPONSE ABOUT YOU ARE SORRY ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE LIKE YOU ALL HAVE ON MANY BAD REVIEWS ON HERE .BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT SORRY AT ALL . I BROUGHT MY 2014 NISSAN ALTIMA IN TRUSTING THAT I WOULDN’ T BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AGAIN AND WAS . BUT THIS TIME I AM GOING ABOVE JUST A BAD REVIEW. I WILL CONTACT YOUR CORPORATE ( who may not even care ) AND WHOMEVER ELSE I NEED to that may care . This SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN OVER 2,000 dollars ! Shame Shame ! I WILL BE IN TOUCH IF THIS WORK FROM SATURDAY 3/28 WASN’T DONE . And if my past BRAKE work wasn’t ACTUALLY DONE . REALLY SAD , I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY . AND DO NOT LIKE BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF . HORRIBLE! And guess what my car is still shaky . AFTER $2,009!! And Nissan told me about the Arm Control and quoted me 1,595 with parts and labor a few years ago . Should have went to who I go to the majority of the time . Lesson learned . Because I feel I should get some of my money back . This is terrible! I was scared because of what my car was doing . So I trusted Mr Tire ! What a bad idea . Update : MY CAR IS DOING THE SAME THING it was doing before I took it to the shop !! Nothing CHANGED ! II am TAKING MY car NISSAN TOMORROW MORNING!! This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD in my life ! Mr Tire you can’t do this to people. It’s just not FAIR My receipts are below ! I marked out my contact information on here . But not on my actually receipts .
