  Nick at the Pasadena location was professional, friendly, and efficient. He was on time and quickly got me on my way. The option to stop the car off at the shop was very convenient. Overall I was very satisfied with my rental experience.

  I reserved an extended luxury SUV more than six months in advance because my family of six was taking a 12-day road trip and needed the additional cargo space. To avoid any issues, I even called both a month before and again a week before my pickup date to confirm that an extended luxury SUV would be available. Each time, I was assured there would be no problem. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was disappointed to learn that no extended luxury SUVs were available. While I appreciate that I was provided with a luxury SUV, it was not the vehicle I specifically reserved. The extra cargo space was the primary reason for booking the extended model, and without it, packing for six people on a nearly two-week road trip was much more difficult and less comfortable.

  Nick was very friendly, the car i was given was great. If you need to rent a car come see Nick at enterprise rental car in Pasadena Md. Great customer service. Clean office too.

  Staff as in past dealings with Enterprise was helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the number of car models available that met my criteria was low. Timing and other factors not necessarily controlled by Enterprise.

  This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this Enterprise location. I had an 11:00 appointment and came in expecting to pick up my rental. When I arrived, I was told I had spoken with the wrong team and should have spoken with someone at the center — which I had already done. After making the trip there, they did not have an equivalent vehicle or anything close to what I needed. I then heard them offer a minivan to the couple ahead of me, but when I asked about my reservation, I was told the minivan was for me I asked to speak with a manager, but the employee I was dealing with Who was a kid, Ignored me and did not make any real effort to help resolve the issue. At that point, I left. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location. Save yourself sometime and frus
