  Excellent service on my 2005 Lincoln Towncar suspension. Fast turnaround with the price upfront and a friendly attitude towards customer service. I highly recommend this service station, you can’t go wrong!

  It’s the only time ive ever experienced an oil change take an hour and 45 minutes even though i had an appointment. Then had to wipe the greasy finger pri ts off the door. It’s so close to home. I was hoping for better.

  I recently purchased a used car and it had a few lights out on it. They fixed up my car in a timely manner, they kept in good contact with me, and even helped ensure I could pick up my car after their shop was closed for the day. Very friendly and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

  I brought my brand-new wheels and brand-new tires, purchased from Tire Agent, totaling approximately $2,700, to Bay Area Point S Tire & Auto Service in Pasadena. Before bringing everything in, I called and explained exactly what I had. I was told they could mount and balance the tires with no problem and that the price would be $30 per tire. When I arrived, the person at the counter acted like he had no idea why I was there or what I was talking about. He called the manager, who confirmed they could do the job. I was then told the manager had given me the wrong price and that it would actually cost more. I told them I would have to come back with more money. After I left, the shop called me and told me they would not release my wheels and tires unless I paid the agreed-upon price. I said fine, just get the job done. When I returned to pick everything up, the employee said, “I have to show you something real quick.” That's when I discovered that one of my brand-new wheels had been badly scratched/gouged during the balancing process. I was then told that they apparently did not have the proper balancing equipment/tools to correctly balance my wheels and tires. I asked what they were going to do about the damage and whether they were going to replace the wheel. The response I received was, “I am not buying you nothing.” Then, after showing me the damage, he said, “That's just what happens with new wheels and tires.” I couldn't believe that was his response. I told him that I have personally worked with wheels and tires for years, and that is absolutely not just what happens when balancing new wheels and tires. Mistakes can happen. Equipment issues can happen. But what matters is how a business takes responsibility when it damages a customer's brand-new property. I brought them approximately $2,700 worth of brand-new wheels and tires, trusted them to perform a service they told me they could do, and ended up with a damaged wheel because they didn't have the proper equipment to perform the balancing correctly. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to make it right, I was told they weren't buying me a new wheel. I strongly urge everyone not to bring your vehicle here. Based on my experience, if they damage something while working on your vehicle, they will not take responsibility, they will not fix it, and they will not honor their responsibility for the damage. I will never bring another vehicle here, and I would not recommend this shop
