  Dale, Joey, and Dave are good people. I will forever be grateful for them and the hard, dedicated, attentive work that they do. Go see these guys. I could not recommend them more.

  My daughter came here after having a terrible experience down the road. She was nervous as sometimes ladies can be misled in these situations. The workers were so kind and walked her through everything. She has not stopped raving about her experience here at NTB these workers know what they are doing and got her in and out of there efficiently. I will be recommending here to everyone I know in the area. We truly couldn’t have asked for more from these guys. Thank you NTB for everything you guys do and keep up the good work. You get a 10/10 from me.

  I do not have enough good things to say about this place and the truly amazing workers here. In my eyes, they are true heroes without capes. I got a nail in my brand new tire and was not in a familiar area. I went to another tire shop and waited for 2 hours just for them to tell me they were closing right at 5pm and right before getting to my car. I desperately called NTB and asked them if they had any last minute openings for me to come by. These men were more than willing and met me with such kindness in such a desperate time. They squeezed me in and were happy to do so. I could not recommend this place more. If I ever have any issues I will be coming back here. They were quick, efficient, and so knowledgeable. I left feeling so thankful and so grateful. I would shout this from the rooftops if I had a roof!

  Great customer service Dale. You always make me feel welcome every time I come and get work done to my car. We need more people like yourself to work with the public. I am always pleased to come and know that you will make sure my car is being service right. Hands off to you guy. Great job, they need to keep associates like you and give you a raise

  I went into get an oil change on my car today. The associate Dale welcome my with open arms and a bright smile on his face. Dale was quick to attend to my needs a.s.a.p.. You don't see that kind of customer service and quick service like I had today with Dale. A job well done Dale and I will see you again. 😊 I will let my family and friends know about the service I received at NTB joppa rd.
