From my first interaction on the phone, to being handed my keys after completion was exceptional. I made an emergency last minute appointment with Jameson and they got me right in. Handled with care from the moment I walked in and explained everything with detail so I could understand. Dave was such a blessing by keeping me informed about the status of my car and gave me clear information on what was needed. I purchased 4 tires for my Mercedes E350. About a week later, the left rear tire almost went flat. I put some air in the tire. Again, about a week later, the tire almost goes flat. My TPMS Light is coming on. So I thought perhaps my wife ran over a nail or something. I checked the tire and didn't find anything, so I checked the valve stem. It bad. So I put air in the tire and take the car back to NTB. They change out the valve stem. My wife goes to work and calls me around 11:30 pm, when she got off. The tire is flat. So grab my tire compressor and some tool and head over to her job. Pumped the tire up and got her home. The next morning, the tire is flat again. I Pumped it up and take straight to NTB. The Assistant manager is there, Chris. Looks at the car, and told me that he personally took care of the problem. When I was leaving the place, I heard some noise coming from my tire. I rolled the window down to listen, but didn't hear it anymore. So I rolled the window up and drove home. When my wife was driving from the house that evening to go to work I heard that same noise coming from the tire. When she got to work, she said the TPMS light came on and she heard a noise while she was driving. The TPMS Sensor had come loose inside the tire. Long story short, I took the vehicle back 8 times. They finally said that the valve stem different from the the sensor. That's why it kept falling off. They said you could only get the sensor from the Mercedes Benz Dealer. They couldn't get it. Very convenient for them. All of a sudden it's my problem. A problem they created. They next day I called a Mercedes Dealer, they wanted $500 to replace the TPMS Sensor.
