  I am completely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication, decency, and accountability with the Mr. Tire Parkville location! Early in the summer I had set an appointment for a diagnostic. At the store, the manager and I went over the invoice and decided in which sequence to make repairs. There was no set schedule or return date to begin repairs during this discussion, because I did not have the parts. There were 3 main labor-intensive phases. Intently, I gave them my cell phone number to update my client profile in person. However, the cell phone number and email address that was printed on the invoice did not match my personal information. During the last week in August, I set up an online appointment with the parts for the first sequence. The requested appointment was set for Friday morning, so I dropped off my car on Thursday night. I saw a couple vehicles parked outside, so I anticipated a long wait or busy day. I saw at least 4 vehicles parked near the garage bay area. Friday came and went without any communication from the store. There were no calls to inform me of any prolonged wait, progress on my vehicle, or other reasons why there were no updates from the shop. The manager needed me to come back to the shop to start repairs but they did not say how many days the labor would take. What’s the point of requesting an appointment online if the shop does not use that same information to contact the client? On Saturday around 12pm, I finally called the shop to ask them about my car. The manager said they tried to contact me, but the number belonged to a woman. Then I was told my car was second in-line behind another vehicle. There was an electrical issue with this vehicle, so my car would have to wait until this was solved. The manager offered a chance for me to pick up my car until they were ready, but I declined. Later, I was told that a bolt on my vehicle was not easily removable, so they could not complete the job. Where was this information on Friday!? Would the shop just leave my vehicle at the garage outside without telling me anything? It would’ve been so much better and understandable if I was told earlier. We’ve could’ve worked together on a solution! I actually watched a YouTube video about my car’s needed repair and there was a special tool to remove the bolt. Mr. Tire could be a general automotive repair shop, so they might not have had it. I could’ve bought the special removal part for a future appointment, but I was intentionally left in the dark about my vehicle’s status. On Saturday, the manager wanted me to come back for 2 more days during another week to try again. The manager did not propose any solution to what deterred them from completing the repair request this time. However, I don’t plan on going back. Why would I risk two more days of wasted effort, money, and hope on a company that doesn’t care about me nor its responsibilities? I already spent $300 and more on parts and shipping. Why spend more money getting repairs when the shop is untrustworthy? I’d be a fool to go back! On Tuesday morning, I called the shop because my wheel lock was missing. I spent the weekend looking everywhere in my car for it. For example, the box with the replacement parts, roadside bag, glove compartment, and cup holders. I intently put the wheel lock in my cup holder on Thursday night, so it was easily found. I called and the manager said that he saw it, put it on a wheel, and then he doesn’t know what happened after that. They said they would look for it, but there was no follow-up, no call, or text message notification. My advice to people is that this shop will entice you with fancy words and big dreams that sound actionable, but deflect and deny responsibility and service when people invest their time, effort, and money to make it real. Don’t gamble on their ineptitude and expect amazing results.

  1ST TIME COMING HERE AND MY LAST..I HAD A APPT FOR A OIL CHANGE AT 9;30AM- GOT HERE AT 9;05.. 2 PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME, THEN A LADY CAME IN ON A TOW WITH A MERCEDES FOR A BUSTED TIRE, SHE MANAGED TO GO AHEAD B3 THE TWO PEOPLE THAT WAS AHEAD OF ME..I DIDNT SAY ANYTHING, THEN NOON APROACHES AND ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, I TOLD THE LADY IM LEAVING..I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED..3 HRS OF SITTING THERE AND DIDNT GET ANYTHING DONE IS WILD..SMH

  My wife and I always come to this NTB location whenever we need tires. They’re consistently fair, honest, and respectful of your time as a customer. Today I needed fast service and they were incredibly accommodating, getting me in and out in under 45 minutes. No pushy upselling, just honest recommendations for things to keep an eye on down the road. This is why we keep coming back. Highly recommend this location!

  This place is dirty no water or coffe machine available NO paper towel or soap at the very dirty bathroom. They told me get here at 3pm its 4.15 pm no one came to get the tesla for the maintenance. So I am very sure never again visit to have any type of service.
