  Montel and his boss have been professional, honest, clear, helpful, quick, considerate, and thorough. They had a rebate-eligible tire, the SecureContact AW, in stock that I couldn't get anywhere else quickly enough to get the rebate, and worked with me to ensure I'd quality. When the bill was off by just $4, they had to call customer service to address it, but voluntarily and proactively refunded me without making me wait for them to get through on the line -- they were otherwise the 20th caller when we started. The store is clean and smells nice. The bathroom is even clean. They even took my car into the bay immediately even though I was late for my appointment. I wouldn't change a thing. Great service, great prices, and I will return.

  hello !! Ernie manager of Mavis provided the best customer service! Hands down! Most affordable and top notch services. I will be bringing my car and recommend all my family members and friends for services at Mavis in Oxon Hill, MD every time!!

  This is my first time going to Mavis Tires and I’m glad that I went Ernie was very helpful with the assistance needed on my car. Very friendly greeted me when I walked in along with providing with the price before without me asking. Provided good customer service resolving all my issues. Very helpful!!!!

  Ernie was great! Spoke to him over the phone and his customer service was high. He quoted me a great price and told me he could get me in right away. When I arrived he was honest with me and told me he would have to double check the estimate after the free inspection. It didn't take long for the brake pads and rotors to be completed by excellent professional mechanics.

  Excellent customer service and professional repair of my brakes. Still can't believe I found such a great place, open on a Sunday! I spoke with Ernie and he was amazing. Lifetime warranty on my brake pads was a very nice surprise! It was near closing, so they even rushed my service as a courtesy since I was the only customer. Also, my car has been making a strange noise for a while now and I thought it was done even after a visit to the dealer. But after this brake service, whatever they did fixed the problem and I get to keep my car a bit longer now!! I look forward to my next visit when it's time for new tires -- will definitely do business with this location again!
