Finally, I found honest mechanics who charged fairly! A large screw was lodged in my tire, but it hadn't punctured it or caused air loss. They explained the issue, fixed it for free, and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Khairi did a great job, and I'll return when I need their services. Add them to your trusted mechanics list—you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic service. Ernie (Manager) gave me the white glove treatment. My car drives so much better wearing her new stilettos (tires). If I could give a 10 star, I would. Oh yeah, senior discount was also applied. Definitely recommend Mavis TIres & Brakes. 👌 👍 👏🏼

Ernie was the best! I just moved to this area recently and wasn’t even aware of the shop until I drove past two days ago. This morning my tire pressure came on so I decided to stop by for some help. Ernie pointed me to the free air machine and even helped my put air in all four tires. I’ve had two tires blow while on the highway so I’m always a bit nervous when that little light comes on. Ernie was so helpful and knowledgeable that I feel very well taken care of to make the long trip I’ve got planned for work tomorrow. I will be back if needed. Thank you Ernie 🥰

Had an appointment for 1:00 to have two new tires installed. Ended up waiting for about 3.5 hours and the timeframe for them finishing up kept getting pushed back. The manager (?) Princess was extremely friendly and professional about it, but it's just ridiculous to take that long. I grant that the shop was possibly understaffed, but nearly four hours is way too long, especially when people make an appointment and are there waiting.

**Excellent Service at Mavis Tire in Oxon Hill** I had a great experience with Ernie, Princess, and the entire team at Mavis Tire in Oxon Hill. They provided excellent service for my GMC from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed and why. I especially appreciated their communication throughout the process. Everything was handled efficiently, and I felt well informed and confident in the service being provided. Ernie, Princess, and the team made the experience smooth and customer-focused. I would definitely recommend this Mavis Tire location to anyone looking for reliable automotive service and a team that truly values its customers.
