  Tawanna, Chloe, and Alfred has always been readily available to help me with and all services I may need. They were kind, attentive, and always willing to help when needed. The cars are always clean and smell good when I get it and they are a very nice and reliable group of people. 5 stars all around everytime I need to rent a car enterprise in Oxon Hill will be my first stop. Thank you to them for making my experience so smooth and memorable!

  I was told a drop off time and the store was closed. I was given two option. One was to drop off in another state and pay $200 or keep the rental until the next day the store opens which was two days later and I would have to pay for the additional of the car that I did not need. Very disappointed and won’t be retuning and renting from there again.

  It doesn’t matter if you have a reservation here. They don’t have cars. Then will put you in a vehicle with mechanical issues or safety concerns. This was my first time coming back to Enterprise in a while. Due to my experience here I am not sure I will ever come back. Enterprise does not uphold its own standards. We were not kept moving. We wasted 1.5days of our vacation dealing with the aftermath of this car rental. We went to 4 different locations for assistance and could not receive help. My significant other ended up in the hospital due to the stress of the rental. Even after explaining everything that happened to each Enterprise employee we encountered we were not offered a solution until I said we were going to rent somewhere else and a poor review. I am deeply disappointed in the ENTERPRISE name not being upheld here. I will not longer fight my significant other and say Enterprise is the best because this trip they proved they are exactly like every single other rental company. I might as well just stick to whoever is cheapest. My odds are the same. To be clear I have encountered vehicle issues with other companies and they KEPT ME MOVING. Literally they just pulled whatever they had; rented or not within our rental or not. They just got us a new vehicle that met our needs so we could enjoy the time WE PAID for. * UPDATED 9/12/26 I attempted 4x to reach out to customer care to remedy the situation. AGAIN no assistance… We were told a manager would call us back in 10-15mins. So here we are… Still waiting…
