If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! They rented a car to us with a bad axel and then threatened to call the police on us!! We told them to call a tow to get their car and they are refusing and yelling on the phone saying “we know what you are doing” ma’am? We should’ve read these reviews because we know what YOU are doing! Come get your messed up car!

I would not suggest renting a car from this place . The woman running the rental company is definitely price gauging and taking advantage of people. I rented a car for 7 days at $565. $365 for the rental . 200 deposit. First of she is charging 15$ to use your card which I’m sure is some rigged up scheme to charge keep more money in her pocket rather than using a regular card teller . Also the cars are very old and she charges after a certain miles drove which is another scheme . On my 7th day I told the lady I would bring the car back in a few days not to mention she had a deposit on a 2010 Nissan rogue . She kept calling very unprofessionally while I was working . I did not go over the miles either for the days I had it . On Tuesday I go to go to work and the car is gone . I was then even told I owed $180 but never told why I owed another 180 and was not given back my deposit. I’m sure the exaggerated $180 was just to keep my 200$ deposit . I had to return the key and I had many items in the car a 2000$ check and other things went missing when I went to return the key and get my belongings out of the car . Again I should of been given back my $200 deposit yet I was told I owed 180 with out even being given a receipt of the charges. This foreigner woman is scheming and scamming take your money else where .

The 1st car I rent from there I had no problem that was in 2012. I just recently went 2 them 2016 and they gave me a car that has been in and accident and it sounds like the wheel is about 2 fall off on the highway and it smell like some1 Been smoking in the car 4 years the smell was still on my clothes we I got home. The next day I went 2 take it back I explain 2 them they need 2 deadline the vehicle be4 some1 gets hurt. I was able 2 trade it in 4 something else but the 2nd car they gave me front light was out and they ensured y they did and inspection so I didn't need 2 go over it which I should have bit I was ensured that it was in good condition. Then I was on my way out off town in the car cut off on the highway. If I left anything on over night it wouldn't have started the next morning. I call them the next morning and explain what happen and if my daughter can bring the car in 4 me because i was out off town instead of helping me with my concerns I was ask how old is my daughter if she's not over the age then she will be in trouble 4 driving the vehicle and we would have 2 add her me on 4 a COST. Then I was told by them that they think I rent the car 4 her cause she paid 4 it HOW DARE THEM 2 SAY THAT 2 ME. I told them that's not the concern right now I inform you that the car CUTOFF ON THE HIGHWAY and the HEAD LIGHT IS OUT. Can I get and extra day or money off the COST.they keep going on and on but not saying we will accommodate YOU so now I have 2 leave from out off town early 2 fix this situation if they don't accommodate me I will be reporting them 2 BBB and I advise every1 thats having problems with this company do The same so they can UPDATE THIER VEHICLES
