Instead of providing standard service, the technician flat out refused to install my dealership filter, forcing me to buy theirs. On top of that, they attempted to charge me an outrageous $70 JUST FOR LABOR to pour my own oil.This is a complete scam and an aggressive upsell tactic by this specific location to artificially inflate the ticket price. Valvoline's corporate policy does NOT prohibit customers from bringing their own compliant parts, yet this staff is actively making up their own rules to scam drivers. Charging $70 for 10 minutes of labor while refusing factory-certified parts is pathetic.I refused to be cheated, turned around, and left. Avoid this specific branch at all costs. They care about hitting their sales quotas through dishonest practices, not about customer service. I will be filing a formal complaint with Valvoline Corporate Support.

I was in and out quickly, and everything was fully explained to me along the way. A special shoutout to Sulay, who was a great help and extremely professional! He made sure I understood what was being done, answered my questions, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Great customer service definitely deserves to be recognized! I’ll absolutely be returning for future service. Thank you, Sulay and the Valvoline team, for making my first visit such a great experience! ⭐️
