  After my car was vandalized, I was overwhelmed and stressed about the repair process. From the moment I brought my vehicle here, the entire team made the experience so much easier. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. My service advisors, James and Brandon, kept me updated every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made me feel reassured during such a frustrating situation. I also have to give a special thank you to Shemone at the front desk. I called often to check on my car, and she was always patient, kind, and welcoming every single time. When I picked up my vehicle, I was beyond impressed. The quality of the repairs was outstanding, and my car looked like the vandalism had never even happened. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really shows. If you’re looking for a collision center that provides excellent workmanship and truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend them. They turned a stressful experience into a positive one, and I’m incredibly grateful. Hopefully I won’t need collision repairs again anytime soon—but if I do, I know exactly where I’ll be going!

  I can’t recommend this shop enough! This is actually the second vehicle I’ve had repaired here, and once again they exceeded my expectations. My car was broken into, and from the moment I brought it in, everyone was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind during what was already a stressful situation. A huge thank you to Jim, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and helped navigate some frustrating insurance issues that came up along the way. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled properly and that I was taken care of. I also want to recognize Shemon and Neisha. When I arrived, there was an issue because GEICO hadn’t properly sent over my appointment information. Rather than making it my problem, they immediately jumped in, got everything figured out, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Both were friendly, professional, and wonderful to work with. The quality of the repairs was outstanding. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked fantastic. They got all of the broken glass cleaned out, fixed everything beautifully, and paid attention to details that really made a difference. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and I always knew what was going on. There is still one screen on backorder from Kia, but they have been upfront and communicative about it from the beginning. They let me know that as soon as it comes in, they’ll give me a call. Kia told them it could be a few months, but they don’t expect it to take that long and assured me they’ll reach out as soon as they receive it. I have complete confidence that they’ll follow through. Thank you to Jim and the entire team for turning a frustrating experience into such a positive one. If I ever need repairs again, this will absolutely be my first call.

  This was my first experience with SDR and I was impressed. They have wonderful office staff. Cory kept me informed regarding the status of my vehicle and when, I picked up the car looked brand new. Great job!

  Amazing customer service and very friendly staff. They get the work done on time or earlier unless there are parts that are back ordered (which is not their fault). I’ve had a few accidents and they’ve always done an amazing job.
