  An evening collision with a curb resulted in a bigggg gash in my michelin Cross Climate driver side tire. For a female this IS catastrophic to say the least. I initiated a random seearch for the nearest. Luckily i was blessed to make contact with Mr Tire. He was available and with 4 minutes til the end id the day, I was waited FOR, then above and beyond, waited ON. "Who does THAT???! All my needs were met Even to the locating of my replacement Michelin Cross Climate tire ( he called the warehouse and located what i was hoping to replace. The tire arrived the next morning and when i arrived ai had a ready and waiting XT5!! If the inanimate could speak CARDALE CADI J ( yes thats IS 'his' name) would say good job ms, I approve this message you did well this time! Thanks to Mr T and their personal care team. Im a grateful VERY GRATEFUL Customer!!

  First time experience and I had very good care. Front desk was very pleasant gentlemen and my service was very efficient. I had an appointment and was taken on time. Very happy and I would highly recommend.
