  Try to call this location at any time for any issue. You will wait on hold for 30-45 minutes and eventually get the message "you can not be transferred, goodbye." I experienced this no less than five times and I was never connected to anyone. Driving in person to the location is the only way to talk to anyone. They are highly understaffed and it's not the employees fault it's clearly corporates. While in the office you will hear the phones ringing off the hook. The employees themselves are pleasant.

  We reserved a car for a family trip and we walk into this place with nothing available. What is the whole point of making a reservation if you can't even keep a car reserved. Long lines for people waiting for cars and one person was servicing the customers.

  As someone who has rented from here for well over a year, I have noticed a steep decline in the customer service since they transferred or let Shawn go. When he was the manager, things were a lot more efficient and you could get in and out in under 10 mins. Now things take long and I decided to write a review because maybe just maybe the big shots will take note and fix what’s wrong. The phone has been ringing for 25 mins and no one has answered to put them on hold or acknowledge the call. There are two other employees here and they are not even helping the people on the floor. Shawn would come out and help although he was the manager. I also called earlier and the phone rang for 20 mins and I was not helped until I came here to the location. I have been here for 20 mins. I have been checked in and asked to have a seat. This is a nightmare if you are accustomed to the level of service that used to be provided. I will still come here because it’s so close, but now I know I need to plan EXTRA time as wait times can reach upward of 30 mins

  Enterprise Rent-A-Car called me within a minute of getting the referral from my insurance agent and the customer service I experienced was great. they picked me up from the body shop and took care of me and when I needed to return the car, Jack Weinberg checked me back in and within less than 5 minutes brought me back to the body shop to my car. so customer service at this location is amazing and all the team members really go out of their way so I would definitely rent from the Owings Mills Enterprise location if I need to rent a car again.

  The worse rental experience ever! Got rental through insurance claim, they gave me a vehicle with expired tags and registration. They also gave me my rental paper work with the wrong name which is not what I booked under nor what was on my ID or any documentation that they have. They do not answer the phones and if they do, they pick it up and hang up so the call drops.
