  This location doesn’t answer their phones. I had a bad experience with the auto center where my car was being held and Enterprise and the car shop was supposed to communicate with each other. The collision center said Enterprise wasn’t answering when they called their direct line. It ended with me being charged $267.20 and then it being refunded. When I’ve dealt with other Enterprise locations and my car wasn’t ready, they’d call the auto shop to get an updated date. That didn’t happen here. I won’t be going back to this location. They are horrible with customer communication!! I spoke with the manager, Thomas Hamby who was of no help! They don’t answer their phones! I also submitted a complaint through customer service, so if they reply telling me to contact them through their own channels, it’s an automated response. By them redirecting you to their website after you make a complaint, it looks like the problem is solved.

  Thomas at Enterprise was AMAZING. He got me in and out in less than 10 minutes and his customer service was top‑tier. Super welcoming, super friendly, and made everything smooth. I’ll absolutely recommend him, and I’ll be back.

  Great in person experience but after trying to call to extend my rental whoever was working 9am on June 21st 2026 just kept me on perpetual hold and then hung up. Called a few times and was immediately hung up on after the first 10 min hold.

  Jerome was professional courteous and thoughtful. Jerome went out of his way to bring the vehicle to my job and he walked in and greeted me. He made my rental experience a breeze after being involved in an accident. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit the Owings Mills location and ask for Jerome.

  I booked an EV online. They told me they had them at this location. I drive extra to get here, informed they've never had EVs at this location. ENTERPRISE DOES BAIT AND SWITCH! IT'S HARD CODED INTO THEIR WEBSITE!
