  Have been calling them for over 2 weeks. No one answers the phone and if they do they will pick up the phone then transfer it to the nationwide call center. How can I request a pick up if they never answer!

  Service was great! I just wish they had more options, but everyone I interacted with while I was there was friendly and provided excellent customer service.

  This year has been bad at this location. I've rented a jeep as insurance rental while my car was in the shop. I've also rented 15 passenger van for day. Both times the cars were taken to get cleaned after my arrival. Cars should be ready to go before customer arrives. But it gets worse. I've rented the van for 1 day on August 22 and returned it after hours around 11 pm. the same day. Waving to the camera by the night drop off box. I received the close out agreement on September 5, listing my van return date as August 28 and charging me for a week of rental. It is clear they didn't bother checking the van in until someone needed it so they picked a random return date instead of looking at previous reservation. Reservation was for one day, so if the van was missing for a few days allegedly, why nobody tried to contact me? They dont pick up the phone either, so I called Enterprise customer service to file a complaint.
