80 y.o. woman went in to get estimate for a wiper issue. They said there was a mice issue and charge $90 for that diagnostics and told her that it would cost $800 to replace the wiper motor and linkage. We took it home and opened it up. Didn't look like they even opened it up as it was full of debris. Don't mind I understand it was an estimate, but to charge someone $90 and not even opening up the compartment to see what needed to be done? That's just blatant neglect!! Unfortunate to see this happen in Olney, MD. 2nd Reply: Well kinda a too late to say you will look at it now? I opened it up and cleaned out the inside and had use a plier to gently SNAP back the link that came off. We paid you $90. You should have done that then.

Been going to Wilson't for over a decade now. Always get dependable, affordable and honest service. I again went in to get two new tires on my truck - and rotate the older ones to the front. Figuring I needed an alignment and new brakes - I told them as such. Figured I'd be paying $500+ for everything. A call later that day and my truck was ready. $134. Alignment was fine, brakes were good. Just the rotate, balanance and disposal of old tires. I will continue to go here, and encourage others to seek them out when you need tire or brake work done.

My son, who has spent thousands on tires there, recommended Wilson’s when I needed 4 new tires. $1,300 later I regret choosing them. Manager, Craig, condescendingly lectured me about how busy they were and had no interest in my needs. I got nothing but negativity and condescension from poor overworked, under staffed Craig. Go elsewhere, they don’t want or need your business, apparently they are too busy already.
