  Honest men who do great work. They actually care about your car they don't try scam extra money out of customers especially females. As a woman they cured my car maintenance anxiety... the dealership I used to go to would always find a problem in my car... granted its an '09 used and only had 10k miles when i bought it in '18 so I do acknowledge and understand that the car is old and has been sitting around for years since it was bought by the original owner so as a result a good amount of work needed to be done... but one time I got a second opinion on an "issue" my dealership found in my car from a different mechanic in Laurel and was told there was nothing wrong.... made me wonder how many times they scammed me by finding a "problem" and ever since then I would always get nervous that when I would go for an oil change I'd end up being tricked into an unnecessary $300+ service bill. Here I never felt like they were trying to get extra money out of me by finding additional "problems". One time I blew a tire and I was going to replace all 4 but Bobby said that isn't necessary 2 new tires should be good... had I went to my dealership they would've charged me up for 4 new tires no hesitation! That moment right there made me a loyal customer! They fixed up my engine and did a great oil change. They even changed my rear light with no extra charge which I really appreciated! Honesty is a common theme in these reviews for a reason! Today while I was waiting for service an older lady was trying to convince the manager (I'm assuming Tom?) to throw a tire that wouldn't fit properly on her car and he firmly said "No. If I'm going to do it I'm going to do it right." If that doesn't show the amount of integrity this business has then I don't know what will! That's what I mean when I say they actually care about your car (maybe even more than you LOL). They are all very nice and friendly as well and thoroughly explain issues going on with the car as well as recommendations for future maintenance!

  Brought my car in for my driver’s door’s lock was jammed…Bobby took a look, and somehow, it wasn’t jammed at all… He didn’t charge me for the time he took to look at my car… what a nice feeling to have honesty… Thank you Bobby!!!

  If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I had a blowout while traveling and ended up limping into this place for help. The assistant manager, Bobby Wisner, checked his stock but did not have the necessary tire in stock, but told me he could have there the next day. That's when the store manager, Bobby Kitchens, jumped into action. He contacted a nearby competitor to see if they had the tire in stock. They did but could not install it today. Mr. Kitchens asked if they would sell the tire to me and take it back to Wilson's to install. The competitor agreed. However, when we got there to buy the tire, I was informed that they have cash only policy for "carryouts." Mr. Kitchens then drove me to an ATM so I could get the cash I needed. We then went back, bought the tire, drove back to Wilson's where Daysean Lee was waiting (even thought he was supposed to be off duty) and who installed our new tire! The entire staff of Wilson's should be commended.This was customer service above and beyond! Store manager: Bobby Kitchens Asst manager: Bobby Wisner Technician: Daysean Lee Great guys!   Had another good experience with Goodyear Odenton today. It prompted me to write something here on Google as I’ve been meaning to for awhile. I have been bringing multiple cars here for over 20 years (I call it my fleet because of all of our family members including kids). These folks over time have been consistently honest, transparent, forthcoming, and fair. I’ve been treated respectfully, and never felt I was taken advantage of. To the contrary! I’ve wondered why they’ve charged me so little 😄. Today was a prime example. Something came loose and was dangerously hanging below my Nissan. They repaired it in 2 hours and charged me $22. They could have told me anything and charged me a lot more. Late last year they repaired a tire, and they could have been unscrupulous and had me replace tires. But no, they were honest and kept my costs low. Over the years I’ve had Buicks, Hyundais, Fords, and Chevys with a variety of issues (mechanical and tires). They helped me make good choices and costs were always fair. I kind of view Goodyear Odenton as my car consiglieres. I really appreciate in this day and age a car repair business that is trustworthy. I obviously recommend them.
