0 stars Took my vehicle in to replace the batteries on 4/17/26 (784.58). 3 hours later my vehicle wouldn't start. Called to tell Singh that my vehicle wouldn't start and he asked me to "bring it back to the shop". IT WON'T START, so he said he'd come to my house the next morning with a mechanic to see if they could get it started. They arrived around 8:45am on 4/18. He got it started and took it back to NTB. They returned my vehicle around 1:00pm on 4/18. It started when I tried and I drove it to church the next day 4/19. Guess what happened in the morning on 4/20! I wouldn't start again. I chose not to take my vehicle back to NTB because they obviously don't know what they're doing. Took it to the dealer who advised the cells were bad in both the batteries from NTB. I paid 1,071.96 to replace the bad batteries from NTB. Dealer had my vehicle until 4/22 so of course I had to pay for a rental while they fixed my vehicle. I went back to NTB and explained all of this to Singh and asked for a refund. He said NO. He said: *the batteries I brought back were not the ones they put in my vehicle. *he told me to replace the positive battery terminal. Ok so, the batteries the dealer put in my trunk are what they said they took out. If they mixed that up, oh well because it doesn't change the fact that the batteries you put in my vehicle did not work. I didn't even have to bring them back. Additionally, there's nothing wrong with the battery terminals. It was the batteries. The dealer (real mechanics) did not replace the terminals because it wasn't necessary. I've been driving my vehicle for 3 days without issue since the dealer removed the NTB batteries. Common sense needs to prevail at some point. If you put batteries in a vehicle and the vehicle fails to start on 3 different occasions in 3 days, own that and give the customer a refund. This is not how good businesses run. I've attached Receipts because Singh is acting like I have time and money to waste. Also attached pictures of him and his "mechanic" when they picked up and dropped off my vehicle on 4/18. Needless to say, I won't be going back. Hope anyone reading this decides to take their vehicles to an actual mechanic. It's not worth the risk of them doing it wrong and not making you whole. Next stop BBB. Then court if necessary. Yes, it's that serious.

Inder was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with our brakes and walked us through exactly what needed to be done without ever making us feel rushed or confused. What really stood out was his communication—he kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we were comfortable with everything before moving forward. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the customer experience, but Inder definitely does. Overall, one of the best service experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend asking for Inder if you come here!

I cannot overstate how happy I was with the services i received attributed ntb location! I was in areal pinch I needed 4 new tires unexpectedly.from the moment I walked in the staff Mike and inder Singh were professional, kind, and Incredibly helpful. They didn't have the exact tire I wanted in stock, but they worked quickly to find an alternative that was high quality, and still within my budget. The service was fast and I was out of there in about 90 minutes, which is fantastic for a Saturday. The waiting area was clean and they kept me updated on the progress. They turned a very stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I will be back for my oil changed and future tire needs for sure!

Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I would NOT recommend going to NTB (National Tire & Battery) on Belair Road. I purchased four brand new run-flat tires for my 2022 Hyundai Genesis—about $300 per tire—with no hesitation. From the very beginning, this was a mess. First issue: I gave them the correct tire size when ordering. I even confirmed it. I took off work early on the day of installation, only to arrive and be told they ordered the WRONG tire size. So now my time is wasted because of THEIR mistake. Second issue: I discussed a warranty with the supervisor, Singh, BEFORE purchasing. Four days after installation, one of my tires blows out. When I go back and ask about the warranty, he tells me, “Oh, you didn’t get it.” Excuse me? Who spends that kind of money on four brand new tires and doesn’t get a warranty—especially after discussing it? That’s unacceptable. Third issue: alignment. I asked about it and was told they don’t have the proper equipment to align my 2022 Genesis. But here’s the problem—I was at THIS SAME LOCATION less than a year ago and they aligned my car. I have the receipt. So which is it? Either they’re not equipped, or someone is not being honest. And the confusion doesn’t stop there. The tire specialist in front of me told the supervisor they CANNOT align my car. The supervisor tried to go back and forth and override it, but the specialist stood firm and said it doesn’t matter what the system says—it’s not compatible with my vehicle. At least the technician was honest. Management, on the other hand, was all over the place. On top of that, this location has a habit of saying one thing and doing another—writing “discounts” on business cards or saying things verbally, then not honoring them later. This place lacks communication, accountability, and leadership. It’s disorganized, inconsistent, and completely frustrating as a customer. I spent my money, took time out of my day, and was met with mistake after mistake and no real ownership. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
