    Do not use this enterprise unless you want them to charge you regular rates even though you have a claim. My father had a claim and told them he should not be billed for his rental car to call state farm and the manager not only ignored his request. Did not call state farm to verify that he had a claim like they are supposed to do to get the state farm rental reservation number. When confronted by state farm claims he lied to them and said they never heard he had a claim and would not honor the state farm pricing that they give during claims and charged my father full price.

    Horrible experience. They loaned me a car when I dropped mine for service at Koons. Interior smelled like cigarette smoke but the guy was gone by the time I got in the car and noticed. Phoned them several times and no answer. Horrible.

    I received a bespoke customer-focused attention. Associates addressed me (and others in the waiting room) by name. I felt so very welcomed and was treated in such a manner that my needs were their top priority! The Manager and his Team displayed an unrivaled courtesy and professionalism beyond my expectations! Kudos to The Manager and his Team for making my visit a positively memorable experience.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with Randall at this Enterprise location. After our rental vehicle became inoperable during a long-distance trip, we were left stranded and in need of a replacement vehicle. We explained our situation multiple times, including the fact that we were transporting personal belongings and needed enough cargo space to safely continue our trip. Rather than working with us to find a suitable replacement, Randall seemed completely uninterested in helping. His attitude throughout the interaction was dismissive and unprofessional. As customers already dealing with the stress of a vehicle breakdown, it was incredibly frustrating and inappropriate to deal with. What made the situation even worse was that despite knowing we had a vehicle full of belongings, we were placed into a significantly smaller replacement vehicle. We specifically requested a larger SUV or van to accommodate our needs, but those concerns appeared to be ignored. This created additional stress and inconvenience during an already difficult situation. To add to our concerns, the replacement vehicle was not in the condition we expected from a rental company. Upon receiving the vehicle, we noticed existing dents, scratches, scuff marks, and cosmetic damage that had clearly been there before we took possession. This immediately made us uncomfortable because no customer wants to worry about being held responsible for pre-existing damage. The entire experience left us feeling unheard, inconvenienced, and treated as though our situation simply did not matter. When customers experience a breakdown through no fault of their own, they should be met with professionalism, empathy, and solutions—not indifference. I hope Enterprise takes customer feedback seriously and addresses the level of service being provided at this location, because my experience with Randall fell far below the standard I would expect from a company of this size. Photos of the replacement vehicle have been included to document some of the pre-existing cosmetic damage that was present when the vehicle was provided to us. (Just a side note) you can’t fully see his face but this is mostly him in this one picture (first one)

    My experience at this Enterprise location was extremely disappointing due to the way I was treated by Randall. After our rental vehicle suffered a transmission failure and left us stranded during a long-distance trip, we contacted this location seeking assistance with a replacement vehicle. We were already dealing with a stressful situation and simply needed help getting back on the road. Instead of showing concern or professionalism, Randall was dismissive and unhelpful. During our interaction, he stated that he “didn’t want our problems put off on him,” which was shocking to hear as a customer seeking assistance with an issue involving an Enterprise rental vehicle. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of urgency. We spent a significant amount of time waiting for help while our situation was largely ignored. It felt as though our concerns were an inconvenience rather than a legitimate customer service issue. At no point did Randall appear concerned about the fact that we were stranded far from home and trying to continue our trip to North Carolina. Customer service requires empathy, communication, and a willingness to assist customers when problems arise. Unfortunately, I experienced none of those qualities during this interaction. The dismissive attitude, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to help left a lasting negative impression. I rarely leave negative reviews, but customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they are already dealing with a stressful and unexpected situation. Based on my experience, this location fell well below the level of service I expected from Enterprise.
