  I Ms Williams Have Gotten many of Vehicles from The Enterprise BUT THE LOCATION 8031 IS AND AREA WHERE I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO AGAIN THE MANAGER THERE THINK YOU THIN IT'S A IPREVIOUS THAT YOU COME AND GET THOSE DIRTY VEHICLES I END UP WITH TWO VEHICLES WITHIN 3 WEEKS. THE FIRST ONE NEEDED A CHANGE A PERFORMANCE WAS LIKE A 2015 I\ TOOK IT BACK THEN THE MANAGER HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME MS. WILLIAM.I'M GIVING YOU A 2026 IT WAS THE CAR FROM HELL.I HAVE A 2019 A SMALL VEHICLE OUT PERFORM THAT ONE I GOT SICK OF IT AFTER MY VEHICLE GOT FIXED A DAY EARLY AND GAVE THAT PIECE OF MESS BACK TO THEM YEAH THEY NEVER ACTUALLY TOLD ME HOW THEY DO THE HOLDING PENDING ON YOUR CREDIT CARD AT ONE POINT , THEY ACTUALLY TOOK OUT MONEY THEN WHEN \N RETURN IT AFTERI ASKED HIM ABOUT IT. THEY PUT IT BACK SO NOW I'M LEFT WITH GETTING MY OUT-OF-POCKET MONEY . GOD KNOWS WHEN I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT ENTERPRISE AGAIN. IF YOU GO THERE, JUST KNOW THE MANAGER. IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AFTER I TOOK THAT JUNK BACK AND PAY THEM IN FULL HE HE PRETENDED TO BE SO BUSY. HE FORGOT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS. PLEASE COME BACK AGAIN. I WILL ADVISE ANYONE STAY CLEAR ENTERPRISE ON BELAIR RD THAT 8031 OH YEAH I OVER FIILL THE GAS HE WOULDN'T REIMBURSE ME ANYTHING RENTALS BE BEWARE MS WILLIAMS

  Ordered a rental reservation from this location two hours before closing and was handled with the best care. I even had an inconvenience that came up and they went above and beyond to assist me along the way. Excellent customer service here, 10/10 recommend.

  Do not use this enterprise unless you want them to charge you regular rates even though you have a claim. My father had a claim and told them he should not be billed for his rental car to call state farm and the manager not only ignored his request. Did not call state farm to verify that he had a claim like they are supposed to do to get the state farm rental reservation number. When confronted by state farm claims he lied to them and said they never heard he had a claim and would not honor the state farm pricing that they give during claims and charged my father full price.
