  Never have I ever gotten a handwritten thank you card from an auto service center! This was my first time there and will be back. Customer service was amazing and they were very efficient and kept me updated the whole time. Will also switch to get my oil done there as well!

  Took my 2018 Dodge Charger there on a recommendation from my son. These guy did not disappoint! Had front end issues that another shop said wasn't there, they found the problem & fixed it as well as putting on 4 new tires. My car has never driven better then it does now. love how thorough their estimate & pricing was. Awesome communication! Highly Recommend Dynamic Automotive (New Market MD)!!!

  Maryland State Inspection FAILURE!!! THEY WILL FAIL YOUR VEHICLE FOR NO REASON, saying you need repairs that you actually don't! (almost a $1000 repair) Then make no effort to correct it when given the opportunity! My brother acquired a Honda and had them perform a state inspection. (Yes, you will not find my name as a customer in the records, but I had direct communication with this shop). They failed the Maryland State Inspection over a motor mount reported as "broken". I am now an out-of-state shop owner myself, former Maryland state vehicle inspector, former ASE Master Technician, and Former Honda Master Technician, and worked for Honda dealers exclusively from 1999-2017. My brother traveled to me to replace the "broken" motor mount. Only to find the mount WAS NOT BROKEN and 100% working order! I contacted this shop for clarification and/or resolution and received a call back from the shop foreman. I told him the mount was not broken and inquired why it failed? He stated he personally inspected and said it was NOT visibly "broken" but did find "excessive movement" (which it did not have either) and could not pass inspection. They would not reevaluate their "failed" determination, and the only options were to replace the (good) mount or call the state police inspection department and wait for them to schedule a reinspection and possibly override the initial findings. Both unacceptable options, as you should not need to replace parts that haven't failed, nor risk the Temp. tag expiring while you wait for a reinspection by a government employee. Additionally, under Maryland inspection codes, "excessive movement" DOES NOT fail inspection standards!!! (Md. Code Regs. 11.14.02.23 - Motor Mounts Procedures: Visually inspect for missing or OBVIOUSLY BROKEN motor mounts. Reject Vehicle If: One or more motor mounts are missing or OBVIOUSLY BROKEN, and the vehicle was originally equipped with one or more motor mounts. ) (not to be confused with MD code 11.14.09.20 that does not apply to passenger vehicles) Update to reply: As expected, a generic, "canned" response, no tangible resolution was offered. The reply indicates you did not even thoroughly read my review before responding! Garrett agreed it was “NOT broken”! Which is the ONLY stipulation for inspection failure, as I included the code above. No, it DID NOT have excessive movement either! Having “ station supervisor inspect the mount to either verify or override our findings” was not the only option to resolve this.
