  Drop off was Friday morning the counter attendent was rude to start. Said the car would not be ready till Saturday, why the early morning scheduled appointment I don't know but I said okay anyway. By Monday mid day he got mad because I ask him when would my car be ready. He told me he was doing the best he could and if I didn't like that I could get my car out of his garage. So I did. Most unprofessional short fuse mechanic I have ever tried to work with. Would not waste time or money he is driving customer away. The owner should re-think having that guy in charge.

  Yesterday I walked into his shop, he could tell the look on my face right away. My family and I were traveling through from my wife's recent spine surgery. Our Jeep had just broke down and we knew it was going to cost a pretty penny! I walked in and was greeted instantly with "we know that look". Right away the guy(just found out his name was Chris) offered help. He answered all of our questions and even provided me with a company that would help me financially. We had a very lengthy hospital stay and were just tired. Him and his wife helped my wife into a comfy chair(even offered his computer chair). We took and Uber 50miles away to go home so the jeep could be fixed. He called me to keep me updated 2 times. He fixed it right away before the shop was closed for the night! We ubered our way back and picked up the jeep first thing in this morning! I live so far away but I feel like this has been the best auto shop I've ever been to. Very kind and understanding. Definitely recommended for everyone in the Mt. Airy area! He's reasonably priced, communication is spot on and his whole team are super welcoming! Thank you Chris and crew for saving my family yesterday and today!
