  Had tires from Tirerack shipped here for installation and couldn’t be happier with experience. Easy scheduling, quick installation, and I was on my way within an hour or so. The team there were great to work with. I used another facility in town previously and felt they were trying to extract every nickel they could. But not these guys; great value, and delivered what I expected.

  I had an unexpected flat tire while traveling on I-340 near Frederick, MD, and Tire Choice came to the rescue. Although their tire installation equipment was temporarily out of service, they had the exact tire I needed in stock. Instead of sending me away, they coordinated everything with another Monro family location (Mr. Tire), so I could purchase the tire and have it installed there the same day. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me get safely back on the road. They turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a smooth one. I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!

  most terrible company ill never be working with them again rude and scammed me out of 1k dollars never go here so unprofessional and simple rude.

  Customer service is hit and miss. I’ve dealt with a few individuals here without issue. Recently we dealt with a representative that was incredibly rude and unprofessional to my wife then gave me attitude when I came in to pick up the car. I personally dealt with 2 people here this last time and one was very pleasant and one was not.

  Christopher was great and got us in and out as fast as he could. He brought to my attention other things that needed to be address and and offered to fixed them. The experience was extremely pleasant.
