  Called to see if I could get in for a tire plug and was told by call center I could pick a time between 3:30 and 6:00. I went with 3:30 since it was 3:00 already. Pulled into the lot and received a phone call from an irritated employee who said they were fully booked and I shouldn’t have been scheduled (despite being told they had appointments all afternoon) and said I could drop it off and they might get to it. I told them I was in the parking lot so no I couldn’t drop it off as I needed it fixed now. They then just hung up on me, no apologies, no trying to fix it. Mind you all the bays were EMPTY and the mechanics were just sitting around swinging tools in circles. Went elsewhere and it was plugged in under 10 minutes.

  The work y'all did on my car was exactly what it needed. There was no pressure or trying to up sell any unneeded services. I will highly recommend you. Thank you

  Walked in and got an estimate on 3 tires (already had replaced 1 due to nail) and tried later to call for an appointment to get them installed. Got an answering service that said they would call me back. After 2 hours I called a different number and spoke with someone at the store, said he needed to put me on hold. 10 min later i hung up and ordered the exact same tires from Walmart and will have them installed for $250 less.
