  Having to put my truck in the shop for major repairs was very stressful. The team at Mt Airy Enterprise made the car rental process smooth and easy, which was greatly appreciated. Friendly knowledgeable and helpful. If I ever need a rental car again, I know exactly where I’m going

  Placed an order on website for a Tahoe or similar vehicle for 5 people. I was contacted by Patrick S. Then he informed that nothing was available, but he was working on it. He contacted me in the morning and told me that it was upgraded to a Jeep Wagoneer and was ready for pickup. Great service. Thank you very much Patrick for your help.

  We’re is Kenny (he mignt be named Keith ) but I have always came here to get my car for going out of town . It has always been a pleasure.. until the last two rentals . Dealing with the new management Kennedy Okereke horrible and his performance and cars show . The last two time I came I got car with an unreal amount of dog hair as well as not wiped down see photos. So the first time he changed out the vehicle and charged me 57.00 to up grade which I am confused cause I went from a full size SUV to compact . So today I go pick up and here we go again car with hair not wiped down disgusting 🤢. I drove back to let him see and his response was well did you say anything to me and what do you want me to do . He was going to clean the car as I wait . So I on your time now . This man don’t not even do the proper walk around with you when you get the cars . Both time he has handed me my keys ( I do rent very frequently) and tells me what car . Poor customer service he’s sloppy and lazy. Their has been a gentleman man there I believe his name is Kenny or Keith but is sad cause he should be the manager, for 3 year I had clean car and his approach to customer has always been right he will call if there a delay in your reservation and I never got a dirty car from him . I will not rent until he gone which only take a couple of months with enterprise.. but look into him like I said he do t even do the proper inspections with customers.
