  I recently took my vehicle to Dynamic Automotive for an inspection, and I was extremely impressed with the experience. There was no pressure or upselling—just straightforward information about the condition of my vehicle. The work they recommended was exactly what was needed, and the repairs were completed as expected. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and transparency gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. It’s refreshing to find an automotive shop that prioritizes customer service and takes the time to do things right.   Tried dynamic automotive in Mount Airy for the first time. Looked like it had some decent ratings. I called ahead and spoke to a representative at the location to see about having a wheel alignment done. I gave them the make, model and year of my vehicle, and they gave me an estimated price for the Work. I booked an appointment online for 9 AM. I dropped my car off in person at 8:30 AM and ask them how long it should take. I was told one and a half to two hours. At 10:45 I received a text that a technician had just been assigned to my vehicle. At 1:30 PM, I called the location to see if my car was done, and I was told it was just about to be taken in and worked on. Half an hour later I received a phone call stating they did not have the Tools to do my alignment. This was an absolute waste of my time. A complete failure by all involved. It’s one thing to be without my car all day for a wheel alignment, it’s another to be an automotive repair shop and not be able to handle the job or even know if you can do the job. Save your time, don’t go there.
