  Today I stopped by Valvoline at the last minute for an oil change, and the customer service was outstanding! The team: Koral, Jawan and Christian were friendly, professional, and got me taken care of quickly without making me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made the entire experience stress-free. It's hard to find service this good these days, and I truly appreciate how well they treated me. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and exceptional service!

  Service members were nice but appeared to not know how to their job. They also, took my OEM lug nut key and they cross threaded multiple studs during the tire rotation. Finally, they also stripped an air filter cover screw. I would not recommend going to this location. Go to an actual auto shop.

  I came into the Millersville Valvoline today for a basic oil change. My previous oil change had been completed at the West Street Annapolis location. Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted with kindness and asked if I was there for an oil change. The team promptly began their standard safety inspection. During the process, I overheard one of the technicians underneath my vehicle mention that the drain plug was rounded. The manager at the Millersville location showed me the drain plug and confirmed that my last oil change had been performed at the Annapolis location. I took a photo of the plug for reference. While the issue from my previous service made today’s visit a bit longer than expected, the team at Millersville handled the situation professionally and provided outstanding customer service. Shahram, Christopher, Brighton, and a young lady whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch (her name started with a “K”) all jumped in to help and made sure everything was taken care of safely and correctly. While waiting, I had the opportunity to listen to how the team communicated with one another and with other customers. Their interactions were consistently respectful, courteous, professional, and effective. It was clear they genuinely cared about both their work and their customers. Keep up the great work, Millersville. Maybe teach the Annapolis location a thing or two—especially about how to remove a drain plug without stripping or rounding it.
