  This review is for Isaiah who was our customer service rep was amazing! He went above and beyond to try to meet my needs. This was my first time at this location and I can say that he made my first time a great experience. Thank you!

  The agent who was the Mgr at the location I rented my vehicle provided me with excellent care & service and went out of his way to see that I was able to get the vehicle that matched my needs. I’ve been using Enterprise for years and his customer care is one of the reasons I will continue to do so.😊

  I was literally bussed here after an extensive wait at another Enterprise that despite having a reservation from my insurance company for a rental car...didn't not reserve me a car and had none by close of day. After an hour waited we were bussed to Middle River. This location tried to tell me the lower grade rental they then attempted to assign me was a class UP from what my insurance company contract was and promised me a different car the next day if I was unhappy with the car, which again was a supposed "upgrade". A quick drive and I was not comfortable with the vehicle, which was very different from anything I have driven and I was able to confirm from the Enterprise site it was a not at or above what my insurance company had me for. I returned it and was promised they would get me another car the next day. Like the Camry, on the lot, which they would not rent to me despite it being in precisely what my insurance company contracted for and what I actually drive. The manager promised they would try to get me a Toyota or Honda, as I am familiar with, the next day. This was over 2 hours that night. Next day, the local Enterprise admitted they had made no effort to save me a Toyota or Honda (as they had done for someone else at Middle River and let sit on the lot unrented overnight) as he "had class" all day. Two managers had actually told me they would assist me with that, then nothing. And then told they set aside cars for no one...despite having refused to rent a car the night before and letting it sit on the lot unrented........because it was "set aside for someone."
