- KSKD SOMERVILLEJul 3, 20261.0I contacted Mr. Tire to have tires put on and a front end alignment. I was told that since I didn't buy my tires from Mr. Tire, if someone else came in that wanted tires, they would stop working on my vehicle and work on the other person's vehicle. I think that is utterly ridiculous. We're both having services performed regardless of where i buy the tires. I have reached out to channel 4 and channel 7 to share my experience with them but they haven't replied yet.

Jason quickly researched the necessary things to identify the past problem and ordered the piece and had it there shortly Jovan Was very professional and quickly made the necessary repairs and was ready to install the new part as it was delivered. This was definitely one of my best experiences. Never changed that Customer Service!!!
