- PPPeyton3 days ago1.0I’ve been trying to get my tires rotated for over a month now. Everytime I set an appointment with the store, i either get a phone call 10 minutes before my appointment letting me know they had a “scheduling error” and can’t do my rotation, they have no one to work, or i arrive to my appointment and get told that the wait time will be several hours with no cars currently being worked on, and my appointment rescheduled. I’ve grown tired of the lack of communication and lack of service i’ve received and will be taking my business elsewhere. I advise anyone else who has had issues to do the same.

On the other side of the spectrum, the manger, who will remain nameless, needs some extensive training in customer relations and management responsibilities (ie protect your employees and stand behind them).

It's rare to come across a business that is willing to do complimentary service to get a returning customer. I will absolutely be returning for my future oil changes and auto needs.
