  I called Mr Tire because the location was convenient and the reviews were great. The manager Chris answered quickly and was extremely polite and helpful and said I could come right in. I ended up getting 4 new tires on both my cars in one day for under $1400. He definitely gave me a deal, he called when they were read, he was patient when I was late with the second car and he was just overall awesome. Thank you so much. I will definitely be returning when the time comes.

  We are more than happy with the Excellent Customer Service Mr. Chris and his Team provided us. We actually were his clients for years before this and followed him and his Team to this Location. Every time over the years we have been impressed with the High Quality and Quick Turnaround time, Convenience of these Professionals. We will be returning to this Store for all our Vehicle-Related needs and are thinking of purchasing tires as per recommendation of Mr. Chris. We would like to thank the Corporate Division for hiring the right people for your Business and for your Customers.

  Service itself was wonderful. Dropping off for an appointment was time consuming. Was told yet again I was not in the system. I made an appointment AND had my tires put on there. Pick up took over 45 min even after I was called telling me it was ready. My car was sitting out front. The desk associate took over 44 min to check me out while I stood there waiting at his desk. He did not know how to check me out. Had to call multiple managers to talk him through the process. My bill was not ready. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING to the Lutherville location.
