  I had an appointment. I waited and waited at the front desk. After 30 minutes or so, someone finally came to the desk, no acknowledgement of me, they came and went (didn't say, "I'll be with you in a minute" or anything). They went to the garage to work on cars. Essentially, the person working on cars was also "trying" to work the front desk. I just left. I couldn't handle the mystery of my fate there coupled with other similar bad reviews. Not worth it!

  I returned to this Mr. Tire a free weeks ago to get two of my tires changed. Chris communicated each update with me From when the technicians first looked at the tires, to changing them, to finishing up, and driving back up front. He even asked the technicians to check the electric air pressure system that had been glitching for me. Chris also kept me informed about my car while deescalating some other rude customers that came in shortly after me!! 5 stars

  I was nervous about bringing my car to an auto establishment alone but the service and care I received was fantastic! Chris took the time to explain what I needed with such care. Other places could learn from them. This will be my go to from now on. TEAM CHRIS!

  Was greeted warmly and professionally by the staff. Waited maybe 4 minutes before they took my car to the back for an oil change. Asked the manager Chris Midder several questions about additional services for my car and he patiently walked me through everything. By the time we were done they had finished my oil change. Highly recommend

  A friend took her suv there to see about a tire leak, they fixed the flat with a patch/plug but next day tire was low. She returned and was told she needed a tire, but 4 were just recently BOUGHT, I called to question what was done to cause damage to a new tire, Kevin said the line is being recorded come in and I'll look at it.... When I looked the following day, I saw a nail, we took it back asked why didn't you see the other nail? Kevin said maybe you just got it after we fixed it...... I said nope, you all missed it. Kevin agreed to repair it. Later that afternoon my friend's daughter returned and was told she had to buy a tire.... Kevin, I will not be sending anyone to THIS Mr Tire...
