I came in for a simple safety inspection, expecting a straightforward process. Instead, after everything was practically done, they waited until the very last minute to tell me I needed nearly $2,000 worth of exhaust repairs. The lack of communication and transparency is absolutely ridiculous. If there was such a major issue, why wasn’t I informed earlier instead of having it thrown at me at the last minute? It honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation and squeeze as much money out of me as possible. Customers deserve upfront communication, honest pricing, and the opportunity to make informed decisions before being hit with expensive repairs. Extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.

This company employee is very racist, misogynistic and violent. I experienced a threatening encounter as a black woman by 2 male staff members with one surrounding my car yelling threats. The staff member I’ve attached a photo is that very aggressive employee. If you are a woman I would recommend another company if this guy is around, I was afraid! One staff member at the front counter was helpful and tried to diffuse the situation. However, I would never feel safe with this staff member around. I would have called the police but I had to drop my car off then head to work. So I’m warning other women about this staff member.
