  Quick service from Brian and team. Very professional and friendly. Gentle welcome at the front desk. Professional workflow within specified time. I have done my mazda’s wheel alignment , flat tyre and tyre replacement here . No complaints!!

  Went here after reading the high reviews. Wanted to get an estimate to compare with dealer quote. It took a long wait to get the estimate even though I had an appointment. The estimate was lower than the dealer so took the car here. The car was supposed to be returned in 1 day but took almost 4 days. The final price was way higher than estimate as well. It ended up being almost the same as the dealer. Taking it to the dealer would have cost a few $s more but saved the stress and hassle.

  I found Hillen Tire and Auto Service online and called about getting MD state inspection. The gentleman who helped me on the phone was extremely pleasant and clearly explained their inspector’s schedule. A couple weeks later, I arrived at the shop about an hour and half before closing. While they couldn’t fit the inspection in that exact day, the gentleman ensured me it will be completed the next morning. They were friendly, professional, and kept their word. I will definitely be bringing my daughter’s car back for future maintenance!

  Probably the best mechanic I’ve dealt with. Honest and cares about your car. Saves me tons of money and help me with a strategy to not have all of my car repair needs pile up each visit.
