  I did my own digging before buying Enterprise. My uncle cleans rentals for them in his retirement and he said they keep their fleets maintained. They also sell most of their cars wholesale and Carmax is one of the companies that picks them up. CarMax was my next option, but upon realizing Enterprise sells their better models themselves, that helped my decision to try them out. Teo in Timonium was great. He did his job well. I honestly had no intention in spending what I did but he had a car I just loved which was similar to mine that was totaled. He got me in that car. Clever. But he wasn’t shady. He found a car I’d love and got me in at my max monthly desired payment. I already am enjoying my ride! I could have said no and gotten something cheaper than I chose, but I got this gorgeous CX5 (which is what I had that was totaled) . I’m also used to waiting hours at dealerships to get a car. I arrived at 5 and was out in my new car by 7:30. Zoom zoom! Also it was so seamless. My car is insured with USAA and as soon as it was totaled I got a message from Enterprise about replacing the car. Enterprise also worked seamlessly with Caliber Collision to get my rental before that. So between USAA, Caliber and Enterprise I went from total loss to total find!

  Colin was very patient and thorough. Jordan was thorough as well explaining the financial side. This is my third car through enterprise sales and I am very pleased with how Kind and friendly also professional everyone has been. I also like the ease of not being harassed or pressured to buy a vehicle. It is a very relaxed and easy way to buy a car. I will definitely choose Enterprise for all my future car and rental needs. Thank you for such a positive experience. I also did not have to worry about being charged too much

  Had reservations abt purchasing a vehicle from a rental car company. However, Nick was enthusiastic, tancious and honest about some very reasonable options for my teens first car. He was patient and although the cars on the lot exceeded our small budget, he found us a 2024 vehicle, low miles with the my requested features in a matter of days for a great price. Steve, the manager quickly addressed our concerns as well. Thanks, Enterprise! My teen is happy and I am assured she has a newer safe vehicle.
