- JCjohn cOct 5, 20261.0Called for a RAM that they had listed for sale, was told it was available & was sent videos and additional pictures. I told them to make sure the car would be available as I was driving 2 hours to come see it and purchase. When I arrived they tell me that it sold from another location & that they got an email 30 minutes before I arrived which was more than the time when they text me to confirm I was on the way which I confirmed. No point in time did they ever indicate the van was sold. I was extremely livid as I wasted 4 hours of my day and gas money to come purchase the van. They offered nothing in compensation but said they had another that was more money. The audacity of these clown to think I’m gonna want to do any business with them after they pulled this shit on me. I’m a business owner who has a business account with enterprise, national, & Alamo do a lot of business with this company every year. Heads are gonna roll & enterprise will feel the effects in their pockets from me and my business partners. Someone at this location needs to get fired asap. This is no way to do business
- CECynthia EschenbachOct 3, 20264.0They didn't seem to know how to do the contract paper work. The told us we didn't need to sign the contract but the bank rejected it unsigned. There computer program keep giving different total sales price creating alot of confusion and aggravation on our part.

I did not feel rushed. He was very patient with me while I contacted my insurance company. I would give him 5 stars.
