- THTom HerrimanApr 20, 20261.0After my oil and filter change, I drove home and parked in my garage. When I pulled out later I noticed oil on the ground. I found oil running down the side of the filter. The frame below it was coated in oil. On checking the level I found level was well past the full marker. I drained 1.5 qts placing it just above full. The oil I drained was brown, indicating the old oil had not been fully evacuated. Under the hood, there were oily hand prints all over. I contacted the manager, Timothy and explained. He called me back a few days later offering to personally make it right. I provided my own oil filter since the one they install is clearly smaller than factory spec. Timothy evacuated 5.9 qts. of oil from my engine. Capacity is 5.7 with the filter. He installed my filter, filled the oil and used washer fluid to clean my frame. Then wiped down under my hood with a dirty rag, smearing the oil prints. The next morning I had new oil spots on my garage floor. This is my third and LAST, visit to VOIC. On the previous visit, they did not replace a valve stem cover and filled my oil with the wrong grade of oil.
