  Dropped car off for oil change and tire rotation. After oil change didn’t reset oil life on the computer. Driving into Ocean City the change oil light came on the information center for my 2022 Ford Escape. So how do I know that the oil was actually changed?? The oil changed cost me $71. I also asked for tire rotation but the tires were not rotated. The 2 front tires had brake dust on them when I dropped it off and when I picked it those 2 tires were still on front with brake dust.

  He was very honest with me. I asked for the cheapest tires due to financial situation and he helped me get affordable tires that he knew were good for my car. They were all very nice and helpful. I will continue to see them when the need arises.

  The store gets a 5 but the 1 comes from the tangled mess of their answering system. You can't call them directly without the Corporate "press 1 for ... press 2 for ..." etc etc. When you DO reach a human, they speak in such a thick accent that I can't understand what's being said. So now I'm a huge fan of Southern Tire, and Mr Tire can find other customers.

  Wife got a flat in her car with no spare, jack, or lug wrench. I was able to get tire off with my car tools but spare did not fit… Ugg. But got to Mr Tire in and out in 10 minutes! Bobby is the best guy! Total fantastic experience. Got wife back on road and all is right with the world again!!

  ive been coming here for years and I thought this shop was honest but that is untrue. I understand it is a mechanic job to upsale but I feel completely taken advantage of. I went in to get an oil change and mentioned that since they put new tires on my car about two weeks before I noticed a noise and asked if they could check. I get a call saying that my axle is warped and I need two new axles in the back. I don't know almost anything about cars but this sounded off. axles don't warp... I asked how long Bobby thought it would be drivable and he said maybe a week I should get it taken care off. Bobby wrote me up a quote for 1700 $ for my two back axles. when I got to the shop the mechanics and Bobby told me there was a lot of pull on my axles and that if there was a noise that's where it's coming from. I asked did you guys testt drive it and hear the noise and they told me no. when I got to my car i looked at the quote and thought let me just check to see how much these parts would be at auto zone. The axle is 170 at auto zone and they were trying to charge me 500 for one axle at Mr tire. i get trying to make a bonus but that is just wrong and sketchy. I then took my car to another shop and explained what i was told and unsurprisingly they called BS. they looked at my car and told me there was nothing wrong with my axle. when they test drove my car and let me know the sound was just the tires adjusting. I will never go back here after years of doing business here.
