- TWT WAug 16, 20261.0Renter beware! I rented a van from this location for a family vacation, and the dog-hair-related pick-up experience was incredibly disappointing. The initial interaction was fine, they got us to the vehicle quickly. During the inspection, I noticed some dog hair on the carpet. The staff attempted to clean it, and when they couldn't get it all, they promised a discount upon return. We accepted hastily because we were in a rush to pack up for a long drive with our young kids. However, once we got it home and started loading it up, we realized the van was absolutely filthy and needed a full deep clean. The smell was horrendous, hair was packed into every nook and cranny, and there was even dog slobber on the interior walls. It honestly looked like a dog had been living in it for months! We had to spend over two hours detailing it ourselves just to get it to an acceptable, sanitary level for our family. When we called to try and swap the vehicle out, we hit roadblock after roadblock. We were repeatedly promised call-backs that never happened. The nonchalant attitude from the staff (and overseas answering service) regarding how dirty the vehicle was was despicable. To make matters worse, the smell never really left the van for the entire trip. When we finally returned it, their promised "discount" was a whopping 5%, which is maybe a fifth of what a traditional detail would cost. I am only leaving this review because of how disrespected we felt and how little the company seemed to care about rectifying the situation. See the attached pictures for reference, but they BARELY do the real experience any justice. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!
