  Rented car online, confirmed car online, receive phone call day of pick up that the vehicle I rented (1/2-ton pickup) would not be available and that I could sub a small SUV (not comparable to a pickup but cool). I tell the young lady on the phone whatever SUV would be fine and we hang up. I get dropped off by a coworker to pick up my vehicle at noon (confirmed rental pickup time). I'm told I'll be helped in a few minutes (one other customer and 2 employees that i can see). At approx. 12:15 I'm motioned to the counter and basically told we have no vehicles other than minivans until later that afternoon and if I could come back then. I asked the young lady to please cancel my reservation, and I would go somewhere else. I walk next door to Avis and the manager Trevor had me on the road in 10 minutes (less time than spent inside enterprise for a confirmed rental) I changed this from 1 to 2 stars because the 2 employees were polite and professional. I understand this isn't their fault.
