- CBChristianna BonkOct 14, 20265.0All the staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Nothing was confusing or hidden. They even gave me a ride back home! And again, the people make the difference, everyone was so warm and friendly.
- KSKennedy SurberOct 2, 20261.0Extremely frustrating experience with Enterprise. My first rental smelled absolutely horrible, so they switched me out. The next vehicle had a tire-pressure issue halfway to Myrtle Beach, so I had to switch again. After that, I noticed the vehicle was approaching its oil-change mileage and I was about to take a 3,000+ mile road trip with my child. I asked to switch because I didn’t feel comfortable taking it that far. I was repeatedly told “you’re past your 4 switch-outs” even though I had only switched vehicles 3 times. I was also told they had no vehicles available. Then literally the next day, they called me and suddenly had a vehicle available and switched me out with no problem. 🤨 Why put me through all that stress and refuse the switch when you clearly could have done it? And why repeatedly tell me I had exceeded 4 switches when I hadn’t? The conflicting information and unnecessary stress were completely unacceptable, especially when I was trying to make sure my child was safe on a 3,000+ mile trip.
- TCThomas ClintonSep 27, 20265.0Outstanding car rental experience. Derrick was 10 out of 10, awesome customer service and quick pick up and drop off. It’s also really nice to get a brand new car.
- LSLou SimpsonSep 26, 20265.0I dealt with Derek Dorsey numerous times this summer. Each time he was pleasant, accommodating and quick to get my rental and check in my return. Very professional, a quality team member.
