  Website says they offer state inspections. But they don’t. Do not go here looking for a state inspection!

  I scheduled an oil change online and arrived a bit early. The staff was fantastic. They were upfront, professional, and I really appreciated that there was zero pressure to purchase any extra services. They completed the oil change (using a Valvoline synthetic blend), a new filter, fluid top-offs, a safety inspection, and a complimentary tire rotation all within 45 minutes. The total came out to $77.79, which is a very fair and reasonable price for everything included. ​Their lobby is currently undergoing renovations, so the main waiting room wasn't open. They set up 5–6 cushioned chairs in the main area instead. Because of the temporary setup, you could hear the R&B music the crew had playing in the garage. While music volume is a personal preference, I actually loved it—it keeps the team pumped and moving, employee morale is important, and I even found myself humming along! And it kept the could-be awkward silence of the place at bay. A small side table or two would be a nice addition to the temporary seating to set down a book or coffee, but it was perfectly fine for a short stay. Overall, a quick, honest, and great experience.

  I stopped by to get tires mounted, balanced and installed. The staff was very attentive did a really good job getting me in and out the door. Will definitely be back when I need service.

  Went in for rotation and balance of tires I'd bought at the leonardtown shop. Resolved what was likely an out of balance tire... Drives like new!

  I walked into Mr tire in the leonardtown location at 2:15pm a Sunday. The store was empty. After about a few mins a gentleman walked in and I was greeted. After doing an intake of the vehicle and my information, some error had occurred on the computer network to where another employee had to come in and complete the intake.The gentleman apologized explained his was new and went to get another gentleman from the bays. A gentleman entered from the working bays into the lobby carrying a thin cigar in his hand to which he passed off the gentleman that was originally trying to complete the intake information. The cigar was returned back to the working bays. At first I was under the impression the smoking sign occurred to everyone which was displayed on the door but apparently it was just to the customers. The gentleman that completed the necessary computer/paper work requested the service needed. I explained that myself along with a male colleague had discovered a nail sticking out of my tire which was the reason we believed was the cause of my tire losing tire pressure. I was told that It would be about 30 mins and he would have it ready. I waited in the lobby the entire time, a short anticipated wait was no big deal. After a hour, with no update, I became concerned. A young woman entered the lobby with a child and sat in the waiting room as I was on the phone. I was telling a friend on the phone my concern of the wait time with no update. The young lady left the lobby with her daughter and walked around the side to the working bays where she stood for about 45 mins talking to the gentleman that inputted the information for my vehicle and took my keys. The same gentleman returned to the lobby , after talking to the young lady in the parking lot, to let me know that they did not find a nail and where continuing to look. I told the gentleman I had seen and felt the nail but he looked at me like I was lying and told me that no one could find the nail or a source of air loss. I was told to repair the tire, they would have to try to repair it from the inside meaning they had to take tire off the wheel. At this point I was annoyed but was ready to just get things moving along. I was told it would be about fifteen mins and my vehicle would be complete. I watched One staff person washing a vehicle behind the bays , so I’m thinking, ok great, they will take the Steps to ensure the vehicle stays cleans or at least how they received it. My vehicle stays clean and detailed routinely. Forty five minutes, my vehicle went out the parking lot, which I was thinking, ok make sure it’s safe and drives appropriately. My vehicle arrived back with the minute and was parked out front. The gentleman got out of my vehicle and walked around back to the working bays. I walked outside to see the work was done, my wheel had chunks of paint missing and scratches down to metal. There are scratches all the way around the wheel as if the wheel was thrown or dropped on the ground. I opened my car door and there grease on the steering wheel and on the seats and white chalky residue on the floor in a all black interior truck. I walked back in voicing my concern and received no apology or explanation what so ever. I was told that this happens.i have had wheel work done before to high line vehicles and this has never happened. There was pure neglect and lack respect when completing this work. I was told I could call customer service and talk to them but in so many words, it was what it was. I was at MR tire for over two and a half hours. This was not due to high volume since I was the only vehicle being serviced. There was more than one gentleman working so it was not due to lack of staffing. If you don’t want to do your job, than don’t work. The staff at Mr tire are careless, unprofessional and incompetent to say the least. I will not be returning nor will I refer anyone to this shop. This location needs to be closed.
