  Told to show up between 7:30 am - 11 am (Wednesday). Hours sign on the door said opens at 7:30 am. 8:00 am and still no one shows up to open the place. Meanwhile more customers are arriving to drop off vehicles. Finally had to leave for work at 8:10 am and STILL no Mr. Tire employees bother to show up. Left my keys in the overnight drop off box and called a short while later to verify that they have my keys and no one bothers to answer the business phone - left a message and received no return call. Finally I called again mid morning and, alas, someone actually answers only to complain "what a morning it's been" and, oh yeah, my car is done. Again no one bothered to call me to let me know. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I guess they certainly don't want my return business...what a disappointment.

  NEVER GO HERE!!! Would do zero stars if I could but they deleted my last one star review, terrible management. All high and drunk, when I showed up no one was there but manager came back smelling straight like drugs. Went in the garage to see how my car was doing and saw some beers next to the work space. They are playing with every customers life and one day something bad is gonna happen with their stupidity. Is nothing going to get fixed before they kill someone? Think twice before bringing your vehicle in for your own sake.

  Man great service!! Called and spoke to Tyrone manager and was professional, kind and knew his job! His service technician was professions and helped me get tire and wheel in and out of car. I will be back and will recommend this Mr. Tire! Thank you gentlemen!!

  I scheduled an oil change online and arrived a bit early. The staff was fantastic. They were upfront, professional, and I really appreciated that there was zero pressure to purchase any extra services. They completed the oil change (using a Valvoline synthetic blend), a new filter, fluid top-offs, a safety inspection, and a complimentary tire rotation all within 45 minutes. The total came out to $77.79, which is a very fair and reasonable price for everything included. ​Their lobby is currently undergoing renovations, so the main waiting room wasn't open. They set up 5–6 cushioned chairs in the main area instead. Because of the temporary setup, you could hear the R&B music the crew had playing in the garage. While music volume is a personal preference, I actually loved it—it keeps the team pumped and moving, employee morale is important, and I even found myself humming along! And it kept the could-be awkward silence of the place at bay. A small side table or two would be a nice addition to the temporary seating to set down a book or coffee, but it was perfectly fine for a short stay. Overall, a quick, honest, and great experience.
