Absolute joke and scam. Made the appt for an alignment online. Made a note that steering wheel sits crooked and asked if they could fix it. Stopped in the day after to verify they had the appt scheduled and that the wheel needed checked. Was quoted $150. Day of appt was told $175. Whatever, needs done. Can hear the employees going crazy on the gas pedal for what reason I don’t know but when asked they denied it. We pay, get in the car, all of the electronics in the steering wheel no longer work. Go back in to tell them. The one worker admitted it was fine when he pulled it in but the manager Craig Knipple refused to take any responsibility whatsoever and sent us on our way. The steering wheel is still crooked too by the way.

The biggest joke of a company. Website allows you to make an appointment come to find out they don’t even have not 1 single tire in stock for the vehicle the appointment is for. And to top it off, the man behind the counter was to worried about gossiping with women standing around rather than trying to help a potential paying customer. Thank you to the tech who lent me a 4-way.

Had my daughter car towed here. They unhooked the battery and left it all unhooked. They said it wouldn't start up. I went out had my daughter go to start her car nothing. Told her to pop the hood. They stripped the nuts placed shorter one on the wires. At this point I'm already pissed.. i had to fix a few things. A gentleman and his wife stopped to help me fix what Mr tire left all undone. Once again the guy at Mr tires said it something electrical wrong you won't get it started. I know to most im just a mom. This mom grew up working on car's. O by the way my daughter car started right up she drove it home. So that tell me your workers don't know what they are talking about. Never ever again will I tell a love ones to go here. I thought the workers here new how to work on car's. Guess I was wrong 🤷
