    Amazing place! Make a svc appointment, they take you at that time, process starts no delay. Great waiting lounge and even have dedicated snack shop area in addition to laptop area with plugins. You have an assigned svc rep that's very helpful n stays on top of the car work n keeps you informed. They now have own shuttle for drop offs/pick ups at no charge n work to meet your schedule. Customer Service is definitely the top priority here! You feel your time is appreciated.

    Doesn't do body work or assessments, doesn't mention this on their site, doesn't check appointment notes or description ahead of time, took 25 minutes to tell me that my car should have not been taken back in the first place.

    My mother has brought her 2024 Toyota RAV4 to this location for all of her services, which makes this experience especially disappointing. This was the second time she brought the vehicle in for the same service light issue. During the most recent visit, her service advisor, Teresa Harris, informed her that the repair cost was due to the windshield not being from the manufacturer. However, the vehicle was purchased brand new, so that explanation immediately raised concerns. When my mother tried to question and better understand how that could be possible, she was pressured to give a yes-or-no answer on the repair instead of being given a clear explanation. The interaction felt more focused on selling the service than helping the customer understand the issue. Communication was also lacking. We had to reach out ourselves for updates on the vehicle’s status. I ultimately picked up the vehicle with the help of another associate, yet I am still waiting for Teresa to return my call to even confirm that the vehicle was ready. Not notifying a customer that their daily-use vehicle is available for pickup is unprofessional. Additionally, the vehicle was in for something that should be covered under warranty, and no rental was offered. Overall, the lack of communication and professionalism made this a frustrating experience. We expected better service, especially from a dealership that has handled all maintenance for this vehicle.

    Very poor customer service. Teresa was extremely unprofessional and ineffective in communicating about the status of my vehicle. A simple service, using parts I had already provided took over eight hours with no updates or response. After receiving no communication, I had to go to the location in person. When I asked about when my car would be ready, she was rude, dismissive, and showed no concern. I do not recommend this location and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

    Tuvimos una excelente experiencia gracias a Eyver. Desde el primer momento fue muy amable, atento y profesional durante todo el proceso de compra.
