  Horrible service center! Took my car in for service and the next day the ac wasn’t working. I had a mechanic check and the fan was unplugged. This isn’t something that can happen on accident. It was done on purpose. The motive here was for us to come back into Toyota with this issue and have them make money from us. They wanted $200 just to diagnose the problem first. Insane! We chose to take it to another mechanic and they found out that the fan was unplugged. How horrible! Shame on them for trying to make more money from the customer! I will be calling corporate as well. Very disappointed. We have been coming here for years but no longer will.

  This is easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced at an auto dealership service department. ​I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, parked my vehicle, and waited. And waited. And waited. The staff was incredibly rude, inconsiderate, and actively ignored me as if the service was being provided free of charge instead of a paid business transaction. ​After standing there with absolutely no one willing to acknowledge or take care of me, I finally had enough, got back into my vehicle, and drove away. They completely wasted my time, and I will absolutely never bring my vehicle back to Sheehy Toyota of Laurel again. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else where they actually value their customers.

  Edit: 07/25/2026 I took my car to be checked because the speakers are making a rattle noise when music is loud, besides of doing absolutely nothing to it and having my car the entire day they stole my seat cover, that I bought, and now they said the service area is closed and I have to come back when they open, this place is absolutely garbage Customer service is the worst i have ever experienced, i took my car to get one tire replaced and they made me come back 4 times just for the 3rd time get me a wrong tire after wasting my time and money having to leave work early to make it in time, to be sitting down for 2-3 hours, and still not getting the tire size correct. Now this time I took my car to be checked because the windows make a rattling noise when i have loud music, my truck has the JBL system, its a brand new truck 2026, and they had me 2 hours just to tell me they didnt do the diagnosis, and that if I can come back another day, this is frustrating and just bad service i cant stand how this people havent been sent to training because thwy really need it. They cant even make a order right. If I could give it -5 stars I will.

  Joe recently assisted my mother with purchasing a Toyota Corolla at Sheehy Laurel. My mom is the best person to teach anyone how to be patient. Joe, handled this experience with her very well. He was very patient, knowledgeable and informative but not in that “man-splaining” way. Once she purchased her vehicle Joe assisted her in setting up her phone so that it connected to her speakers!!!! Wow! My mom has not let either of her children do this since she purchased her first Bluetooth capable car…many years ago lol. I am so grateful we got Joe as our salesman. Sheehy did a great job in training him as well! I will definitely recommend Joe and Sheey Toyota to others whom I know are purchasing vehicles. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾❤️
