  Janell Figgins in service is the most wonderful human. I came in with a concern from a previous shop after my sienna broke down on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. They found a significant amount of repairs needed to my van. Janell listened to me and took my concerns seriously. While this Toyota dealership was not able to complete the repairs needed due to a warranty difference, she provided me documentation and videos from the technician to help get my van repaired where my warranty was used. She encouraged me to be persistent and assertive with what repairs were needed when the other dealership was not agreeing. Janell told me my van was not safe to be driving which kept me from returning to the highway and breaking down again. I’m very grateful for her amazing service and honesty. They were trustworthy and communicative from the beginning and I will continue going to Sheehy Toyota and Janell for my van.

  Great place to go to buy a vehicle. Staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and makes the vehicle buying experience enjoyable when otherwise it is not. To add to the experience, the dealership is clean and well organized. They have a café area, which anyone who has bought a vehicle knows at some point you get thirsty and or hungry, especially if you have a kid with you. Great perk. The selection at the lot is plentiful. Expansive lot, open and easy to navigate while you look and compare vehicles. Our salesman was great. The worst thing a salesman can do (my opinion) is hover around you the entire time. Our salesman gave us space and was there when we needed a question answered or car accessed. This visit was for a first time driver, so your anxiety and stress is already elevated, giving us room was welcomed. One more thing I have to mention, financing. It was probably the quickest experience and easiest I have had in many car buying ventures. Clear cut as where we were on price, did not try to sell us all kinds of (CRAP), we really did not need nor ask for, fast paper work and loan options clearly explained. Great experience. In conclusion, If you want to buy a car, truck, SUV etc. Head over to Sheehy Toyota of Laurel, you will not regret the choice and you will come away satisfied with the experience. For someone that has two more future drivers coming in the next year, and I will be in the market for a run around vehicle here soon, I will be headed back to Sheehy Toyota of Laurel for my next few vehicles.

  I recently purchased my 2026 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro from Sheehy Toyota of Laurel, and I want to give special recognition to Rynell, who was the most involved and supportive person throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in to the moment the vehicle arrived, he was fully committed to making sure everything went smoothly for me. I have mobility challenges, and car buying can be stressful because of that. Rynell showed patience, kindness, and genuine care at every step. He listened closely to what I needed, respected how particular I am about doing business, and never once made me feel rushed. He went above and beyond by locating my dream Sequoia from a dealership out of state and arranging to have it shipped in. His dedication and professionalism truly stood out. Mike, the finance manager, was also excellent. He was honest when explaining add on services, never pushy, and made the financing process comfortable and transparent. The entire staff at Sheehy Toyota of Laurel was accommodating and supportive, but Rynell deserves special praise for the exceptional level of service he provided. My experience was so pleasant that I wish I could give more than five stars. I highly recommend Sheehy Toyota of Laurel for anyone looking for their next vehicle.

  I want to make it clear that this review is not a reflection of Amber in the service department(she’s been great), but rather my overall buying experience and the days that followed. I drove my new-to-me vehicle off the lot on August 20, 2026. On the way home, I received a tire pressure notification along with an alert to service the TPMS. The following morning, after starting the vehicle, several warning messages appeared and the engine began sputtering while idling. I immediately contacted my salesperson and was told to bring the vehicle back and ask for “Joe” (not his real name). When I arrived, I learned that Joe had left at 11 a.m. I then went to the service desk, where I wasn't greeted or even acknowledged with a simple “we’ll be right with you.” Instead, I stood there while multiple employees stared at their computer screens, including several gathered around the same computer. I was eventually told that because of the type of engine cleaning performed before the sale, the vehicle needed time to “relearn” certain things. Regardless of the explanation, my vehicle has now been in service for 3 of the first 5 days I've owned it. On top of that, I've spent nearly $70 out of pocket on transportation getting to and from the dealership while my newly purchased vehicle is being serviced, after spending nearly $30,000 on the vehicle itself. What has been most disappointing is the lack of follow-up. I haven't heard a word from my salesperson checking on me, the vehicle, or the engine issues I experienced immediately after leaving the dealership. A simple phone call or message would have gone a long way. I don't know when I'll be purchasing my next vehicle, but based on this experience, it won't be from Sheehy.

  Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service After Trade-In We recently traded in a vehicle at this dealership and unfortunately realized the next day that we had accidentally left a pair of expensive sunglasses in the vehicle. We immediately contacted our salesperson, Rydell, to let him know. He told us that he had found the sunglasses and said he would mail them to us. We even offered to pay for the shipping ourselves, but Rydell assured us that he would take care of it. Since then, Rydell has stopped answering our calls and has essentially ghosted us. We have contacted the dealership multiple times, explained the situation, and asked to speak with management, but we have been passed from person to person without anyone taking responsibility or helping resolve the issue. What is most frustrating is that Rydell has acknowledged that he has the sunglasses, yet despite our repeated attempts to retrieve our property, we still have not received them or even received a meaningful response. We contacted the dealership literally the day after the trade-in, so there was no question about where or when the sunglasses were left. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. We understand that mistakes happen, and we would have been more than reasonable about simply getting our sunglasses back. Instead, we have been met with a complete lack of communication and accountability. The fact that a salesperson can acknowledge having a customer's property and then stop responding when the customer tries to retrieve it is unacceptable. The way this situation has been handled by both the salesperson and the dealership's management has seriously damaged our trust in this dealership. We expected basic honesty, communication, and customer service, and unfortunately, we received none of those.
