We had a great experience working with Javon Ware. From the moment we walked in, he was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free.
What we appreciated most was how honest and knowledgeable he was. He really listened to what we wanted and helped us find the right vehicle for our needs and budget. We never felt pressured, and he made sure we were comfortable every step of the way.
If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about customer service and making the experience positive, we highly recommend asking for Javone. We will definitely work with him again in the future!
I’m pleased to have purchased my first car here. I was an out of state buyer, but credit to Rico Leon I was able to discuss and agree terms over the phone before coming to pickup the vehicle. Process was smooth and professional. In the short time interacting with Sheehy of Laurel, Rico demonstrated sincerity, integrity and transparency which made this an easier decision. I had many questions and Rico answered them all candidly. I found Sheehy to be a dealership with integrity- No hidden fees, transparency to return overcharged state expenses, and from Rico, there was a sincere desire to connect with people and help them out. If you’re looking for a good deal and an upright dealership I strongly recommend Sheehy of Laurel.
Thank you to Rico and his team for staying late, and to Rico for helping me when it was only a half deal credit wise. Your decision, despite little benefit made a big difference for me and I hope Sheehy sees the value you bring.
I am deeply disappointed with this dealership, and especially the salesman Rynell Bert. After reading high reviews, I visited this dealership and started a deal on a new car. Although I was shopping better offers from other dealerships who were charging $3,000 less for the same exact unit, at the time I was willing to pay more for a more convenient and simplified transaction process. This was unfortunately not the case. I came in on Sunday and we worked out a price, put down a $500 deposit that was confirmed IN WRITING to be "FULLY REFUNDABLE," and left with the understanding that we would try to complete the deal before the end of the month, as my next day off wasn't until the Wednesday. The salesman had also stated that in the case of a refund, it would be issued within 3-5 business days. The day immediately afterwards on Monday, I received a text from the Salesman stating that we would have to come in that very same day to sign papers, or lose the deal. It is completely disrespectful towards a customer to be held at ransom, especially having already placed a deposit on the vehicle on a day that I had previously stated would not suit our schedule.
At this point, I no longer trusted the dealership or the salesman so I formally requested my deposit back to the original payment method. The reply to my message consisted of a laughing emoji. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have witnessed from not only a dealership, but any business I have interacted with. I cannot imagine how Toyota possibly condones such behavior. To this date, approaching 3 weeks out from this nightmare, I have yet to receive my "FULLY REFUNDABLE" deposit back. Only deal with this Toyota Dealership if you would like an absolute nightmare of a transaction. I went to DARCARS Toyota instead and the sales people there laughed at the ridiculous situation that we'd been through. Seriously, do not go here.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience at Sheehy Toyota of Laurel. From start to finish, the professionalism was nonexistent.
After making a deposit and not getting a status update (a month later) about the order after Multiple calls, (staff members either transferred calls endlessly or simply hung up on me (Rynell Bert) instead of addressing basic customer concerns.) When I finally attempted to escalate the issue, the situation became even more unacceptable. One of the managers(Shawn Olsen) became aggressive and appeared more interested in provoking a physical confrontation than resolving the issue professionally. I have never experienced behavior like that at any business, let alone a dealership representing a major brand like Toyota.
To make matters worse, I sent multiple emails to the General Manager (Chris Prender) outlining my concerns and received absolutely no response. Complete silence. That tells me this type of behavior is either tolerated or ignored by leadership.
Buying a new a vehicle should not feel hostile, disrespectful, and chaotic. There are too many dealerships in the area to waste your time dealing with this level of incompetence and unprofessionalism. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
I don’t recommend this dealership. I bought a Tacoma truck with 14,850 miles January 2026.
I was told the truck was in perfect condition, but that wasn’t true . Since the first day I took the truck home with me there was a cricket sound coming from the engine that wasn’t going away . I took the truck back to the dealership having it for a few weeks. They told me they were going to fix it , and left it for a few weeks . I picked up the truck, just to find out that the truck keeps having the same issue . The second time I left the truck I was told more than a week later that the part they needed it was OUT OF STOCK . “You can return the truck or exchange it” I decided to return it , but it was crazy to me that in order to return a truck (The dealer bought it back) that it was sold to me with a problem, I had to pay $3,500 dollars to the dealership plus the down payment $4,000 dollars there was a total of $7,500 dollars that I lost in only two months. The truck ended up with only 400 extra miles. I didn't use it because it spent more time at the dealership trying to fix it than with me . I logged into the Toyota app today and saw that there was an alert displayed that said that there was something wrong with the Engine and to contact the dealer . I was right from the beginning there was something wrong with it and it wasn’t what they were telling me .
Now the truck has been sold for more than before on the website and with the updates I started adding to the truck . I didn’t get paid back to remove the steps or other things I bought for the truck . I lost a lot of money, So do a good research if you decide to shop with them they are not TRUSTWORTHY.
