  I needed a front end alignment. How come my mileage was the same going into the shop and leaving the shop. They never test drove the car. It cost me $127.00. My car still needs a front end alignment. I won't be back for any other services.

  Incredible services. Reliable work. Car is ready when promised. The computer system can be a challenge. Workers who manage multiple stores have challenges with passwords. Held me up for a bit at check out.

  Nearly $500 for 1 tire and a sensor for a nearly 20 yr old car is diabolical! Not to mention the Mgr was very condescending. Patrick kept saying that he was trying to educate me about my car. And totally ignored the fact that the tire was purchased from another Mr. Tire? Yet, he continued to say each store is independently operated. Yet, it's a national chain just like Walmart or Target!!! Of course, he automatically indicated that the tire was no good and the warranty was not applicable! But, never did he call to inquire about the warranty, etc. Patrick was not rude just chauvinistic in his total disregard of what I was saying. Of course a woman couldn't know anything about a car tire. He attempted to explain that my car , Acura TL was a sports car and so the tires automatically wear in comparison to other cars??? Ummm, I have never been informed of this by any mechanic Sir!! I paid the bill because I was stuck on a Saturday and had plans!! Had I had time I would have towed it elsewhere!! This is the 2nd time that Mr. Tire has played in my face with the overpriced services. Several mos ago I needed rear brake pads and took car to another Mr. Tire in Columbia, Md on Dobbins Rd and was given a quote of over $1200???? Ummm, I took car to 2 other places and was informed that only brake pads were needed. Not rotors, etc! I ended up paying substantially less at a local BP service station!!! Mr. Tire's pricing practices need to be seriously scrutinized. Terrible is an understatement!

  In less than 2 weeks I took both of my vehicles to get an alignment. Upon leaving after the “work” was done I realized that the alignment was off on both vehicles, both pulling to the left. This means the calibration on the alignment machine is off. I called to complain and they couldn’t care less. They just said bring it in and we’ll do it again. Why would I do that when I already know the machine isn’t working right? Do not recommend and will not be back
