- SWStay Out The WayApr 29, 20261.0I’m specifically reviewing the Mr Tire at 131 Second Street in Laurel, MD so there’s no confusion about which location this is. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time, showed up as planned, and was then told they didn’t know anything about my appointment. On top of that, they said they were too busy to help me anyway. That completely defeats the purpose of making an appointment in the first place. The lack of organization and communication here is frustrating and unprofessional. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with that kind of runaround after doing things the right way. One star, and honestly that feels generous.

Seems simple enough Hour and some change later I get a call, thinking everything was done. So I come down Whichever apprentice that was working on my wheels somehow left one old tire on. If I did not inspect and point that out I would have been driving with only 3 good tires. Seems like an honest mistake... Another 20-ish minutes for them to correct this. Cool. I drive home I get home and inspect further... They slightly scratched the rims up, destroyed the lug caps, and misplaced some of the valve stem caps... all of these I would like to keep. I call the shop and the first thing out their mouth isn't even an apology, but excuses about the age of the materials. Which is just saving face, I took my wheels off so many times without damaging anything. Whatever...
