- WJWilliam Chandler, Jr.Jul 31, 20265.0Just wanted to share what an outstanding experience I had with the store manager Ludlow Bryan, nickname, Patrick. The service center in Laurel, Maryland is simply outstanding with Patrick in charge. A five star experience from the moment of our first phone call through the moment I pulled away from the Service center. My only wish is that I lived locally and I could use him more often as I was traveling and he did an emergency repair while I was on the road. Let’s just say if I have any other tire trouble I would literally try to drive out of my way to get to his facility.

Was informed part was ordered, awaiting a fix. Shop is handling the issue very well, kudos Patrick! Original post:Great place and great people. I had two tires, each get a bolt pierced through them this week through normal driving. Discovered each on separate days. Took my truck to Mr.Tire and was greeted by Patrick, an upstanding guy who helped me get the tires repaired and sent on the way. Would highly reccomend to check these guys out for work that you need, I'll be back for sure for a new set of tires down the line. Thanks guys!
