  SHOP AROUND!!! This place is a rip off. I paid for 4 new tires. I paid for their added road hazard protection. I paid for the tires to be mounted and balanced. And I paid for 4 new tires pressure sensors because they recommended changing them. I waited 3 days for everything to arrive as it had to be ordered. When I came in for installation, the manager Pat who seemed visibly agitated asked for my order and told me I’d need to wait. About 15 minutes afterwards he returned and said I’d have to pay 40$ per wheel for installation and the charge in my receipt labeled “INSTALLATION FEES” doesn’t cover it. When I asked why he instantly got upset and said do I want it done or not he has no time to waste. And walked away. His staff said “Mr. Pat is like that sometimes I’m sorry sir for that” and loaded my tired into my car. Totally unprofessional and tried to up charge me.

  I had an excellent experience working with DJ. He assisted me over the phone and patiently walked me through the entire process of getting new tires for my vehicle. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood each step and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I truly appreciate his time, professionalism and dedication to providing outstanding customer service. Thank you DJ, for making the process so smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

  Excellent experience. Scheduled online for 4 new tires installed. Received a phone call shortly after from the shop manager confirming appointment and that he would not be able to get the tires I selected until later in the morning of my appointment day. My appointment was for 7:30am the next day. Since I had a time issue and needed the tires early that morning , I asked for comparable tires. I was quoted name brand tires for slightly less cost than my original choice. That’s a good thing. I arrived at 7:30 and my car was taken immediately. The car was ready to go in an hour. The service manager advised me of an issue he saw but did not try to sell me a fix. The cost of the tires and install was as quoted. Good service and good prices.
