I returned today 8/31/26 1pm I was able to drive right up. Upon getting vehicle I had to tell the last cleanse there are several Noticeable areas that aware NOT CLEAN! I had to point out several areas! He began wiping down…..I got into my vehicle and this is just ONE area that was not cleaned!! Paid for platinum service received subpar! I will not be back NOW PLEASE TELL ME HOW THIS ARSA WAS NOT SEEN!

There are still pockets of dirt in obvious places. Maryland is the worst. It is so hard to find decent service businesses in Maryland 🤦♀️

My car was not cleaned properly, and there was still dirt and debris throughout the interior. When I politely asked if they could re-vacuum it, the staff was rude and dismissive instead of trying to resolve the issue.I ended up having to go home and finish cleaning my own car after paying for their service.Very disappointing customer service and poor quality. I won’t be returning.
