- KSKristen Scally1 day ago1.0Serious car theft risk. They leave the keys in unattended vehicles and do not monitor the vehicles. Did not clean car thoroughly. There are still pockets of dirt in obvious places. Maryland is the worst. It is so hard to find decent service businesses in Maryland 🤦♀️

My car was not cleaned properly, and there was still dirt and debris throughout the interior. When I politely asked if they could re-vacuum it, the staff was rude and dismissive instead of trying to resolve the issue.I ended up having to go home and finish cleaning my own car after paying for their service.Very disappointing customer service and poor quality. I won’t be returning.

The worker’s energy is very lazy and it reflects in their service. I won’t be paying them $30.00 to $50.00 for that type of service. Nope, not going to do it.
