- MHMarsel Henry6 days ago1.0They don’t properly clean the inside of the car, vacuum is poor, they never honor the hours posted on the website. Don’t open on time and close early. Website says close at 6pm and it’s 4:16pm

They do not clean the inside of the car at all and the customer service is terrible. The lady in the front desk is always rude and dont know nothing about customer service. The second time i went ti clean my car they did not have no one that know how to drive manual. They ask me to put the car through the machine and i did. Everything good until it was almost done. The car start scratching with the machine and they blame it on me because i was driving. I told them they told me to drive it because no one knew and they didn’t care about it. I advise to go to the car wash near the Giant which is better. Terrible service

Inside windows and side mirrors untouched. My tire rims were left dirty— never wiped. My car air dried in the 30 minutes it sat before I asked the manager for a towel to finish myself as I had to leave. Instead he came over and barely ran a towel over parts of my car. I parked nearby and finished it myself. Won’t waste my time and money at this business again. Local drive thru car washes do a better job!
