We recently purchased a Telluride and had an excellent experience thanks to Earl and Joseph. Earl was extremely knowledgeable and helped us select the perfect vehicle. He knew every in and out of the car and made us feel confident in our final decision. We would definitely ask for Earl again in the future when purchasing another Kia.
Joseph in finance also did a fantastic job working with us to ensure we were happy and walked out smiling. He made the closing process smooth and stress-free.
These two truly made our experience enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Earl and Joseph if you are purchasing a vehicle from King Kia of Laurel!

I visited this location on a Saturday looking to purchase a new Kia I wasn't treated the best at all. I purchased all my previous vehicles from here so I was looking for the same experience I always received. The sale rep Brandon had to be new, I test drove the vehicle and they gave me numbers I told them I wanted to go head with the purchase. Came back said they had to call the bank on Monday. I call them back on Monday Brandon kept giving me the run around like my business wasn't good there. so I told him fine don't worry i'll go some where else. That I did went to Kia of Bowie in the 3 hours I was at laurel Kia I went to the Kia in bowie and in 2.5 hours I had my vehicle and I was walking out the door. You should never judge a book by its cover laurel kia. you should have asked me the correct question instead of pushing me out the door

We worked with Keyvon at King Kia of Laurel. He was calm, patient, very informative and easy to talk through financing. We spent a good bit of time test driving and looking over options on vehicles. We didn’t feel forced to purchase the current inventory. Specifically he helped guide us through the options of hybrid Telluride versus EV9. Highly recommend Keyvon!!! We visited several other dealers as well. He never felt pushy, and was easy to follow up with remotely. Didn’t force us to come back in again and again. He had easy access to the sales manager to discuss pricing. Thank you Keyvon!!

This is a fair warning to ANYONE doing business with this specific dealership. It has been brought to my attention that I may have possibly been defrauded of $3,600.00 by their service department. We took my Wife’s KIA Sportage to this dealership, well, had it towed because the car wouldn’t go in gear. I did some research prior and it indicated that I was probably having an issue with the “charging system” but not trusting my instincts and the good research I found I decided to go the dealership service option, come to find out six months later while at another dealership that my instincts were possibly correct, it was a bad battery that I’m having replaced as I type this. The charging system caused the vehicle to fail, not the expensive parts and labor they sold me. They did not perform the proper diagnostic tests, they simply guessed and took our money, they never addressed the issue I’m having now with a bad engine seeing that the motor had little to no oil in it, it’s just burning excessively, with only 82,000 miles on it and only five years old, and again they never checked the charging system or the belts that are currently cracked and worn, that have been that way for a while. King KIA of Laurel defrauded me, took advantage of me, misled me, and stole money from me. I have opened claims against this dealership with intent to consult with an attorney.
