  After my entire experience (and with my new car!), I confidently give a very solid 5 stars. From the beginning there was no hassle with taking a test drive and saying that I’m just starting and won’t be buying today or tomorrow. Kevin S offered to show some numbers to just take a look and still- no pressure and written breakdowns with numbers and options and information to take home. I called him back with a few questions about the lines and differences and he answered them simply and completely with exactly what I needed to know to make a decision. Once I knew what I was definitely going to purchase, I looked around the area dealerships (some were pretty persistent in rushing; “let’s get you in this car today”), and were starting with teaser prices that were too high and it was going to be a process to get to a deal for me. Went back to Mr. Sanchez and asked what he could do and I was talking to other dealers and going to purchase the best offer I got today. When other places were talking to me about let’s get you in here and I’ll show you what you want, Kevin came back with a price that was great with me. At every stage there was clarity and information without a whole bunch of talking about things I didn’t ask to sell me on something I wasn’t interested in. Kevin listened to me and I got exactly what I needed. The financial department person who got me through that part was equally helpful and thoroughly answered all of my questions and gave me all of the information. I wish I remembered his name, but all that I’m thinking about now is my awesome new car. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. I’m a well into adulthood woman and this was my first time buying a new car, so it’s all new to me. I feel great about the car and the price and I appreciate the no pressure and all of my questions heard and answered. Really helpful people, zero shady-ness and all positive experience!

  We had such an amazing experience at King Kia from the moment we stepped onto the lot! Jenna greeted us at the door and immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Jenna’s customer service is truly top-tier. She felt like a familiar face from the very beginning and was such a gem to me, my husband, and our daughter. She listened to what we were looking for, made sure we understood everything, and really went above and beyond to help us find the right vehicle. From Jenna in sales to Mr. Joseph in finance, everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and helpful. They really made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We are so happy with our purchase and grateful for the wonderful experience. Thank you, King Kia, Jenna, and Mr. Joseph, for taking such great care of our family!

  Once again, Earl Ward made the car buying process easy! I have leased 2 Kia Sorentos with him and this time I decided to buy my lease. He wasn't discouraged by me not leasing again, even after explaining all of my buying options, but instead still helped me with the buyout purchase...going over everything with me and giving me the attention I needed! i will miss my every three year visit to him to grab my new vehicle! Great job, Earl!

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing my new 2027 Kia Telluride Hybrid SX Prestige from King Kia of Laurel! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. A huge thank you to Brandon for all of his help throughout the purchase. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and made everything incredibly easy. It was one of the most enjoyable and efficient car-buying experiences I’ve had. I’m thrilled with my new Telluride and couldn’t be happier with my decision. More importantly, he genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy with the decision I was making for myself and my family. Nicholas and his team worked hard and were able to get me into a brand-new vehicle the same day, while also making sure I had the coverage and options that would benefit me and my family. I never felt like he was just trying to sell me a vehicle—he took the time to listen to what I needed and worked to make it happen.
