  I had an excellent experience working with Earl at King Kia of Laurel. From the beginning, Earl took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me determine which model and trim would best fit my needs. I was looking for a vehicle with a specific seat configuration, and when I couldn’t find one readily available, Earl went above and beyond to search for one and was able to locate exactly what I was looking for. Big shout-out to not only Earl but also Manager Cliff for taking such great care of me and making the entire trade-in and purchasing process seamless. Lawrence in finance was also awesome! He took the time to go through everything thoroughly and made sure I understood all of the details. I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service I received from the entire team, and I would 100% recommend Earl and King Kia of Laurel to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

  I had a great experience purchasing my car, and I definitely want to give a special thank you to Keyvon for all of his help throughout the process! As a first-time car buyer, I had a lot of questions and wasn’t exactly sure what to expect, but Keyvon was patient, helpful, and made sure I understood everything along the way. I never felt pressured or rushed, and I really appreciated how personable and professional he was. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more comfortable and enjoyable.   We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Nick Choi at King Kia of Laurel. Nick truly went above and beyond from beginning to end. He was professional, responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Even in the evening, he made himself available to make sure everything was taken care of properly. What impressed us most was the level of personal service. Nick even brought our Hyundai all the way to our home after the purchase. That was far beyond anything we expected and says a lot about how seriously he takes customer service. Buying a car can easily be stressful, but Nick made the entire experience straightforward, pleasant, and remarkably easy. At no point did we feel pressured. Instead, we felt that he genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out well for us. This was honestly one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Nick is a real credit to King Kia of Laurel. A huge thank you, Nick, for your exceptional service, your time, and everything you did for us. We could not recommend you more highly.   I went in with my daughter to help her purchase a car. Jonathan was extremely personable and friendly. He was genuinely Interested in getting my daughter in the safest most reliable car within her price range. My daughter was Elated,She actually got the black Kia – K4 with the red interior right off the showroom floor. Cliff the sales manager was also very helpful,helping us get out of a difficult trade-in. Larry, the Finance manager was great as well , He took his time to explain the financing to my daughter. Overall great experience
