  Great service, very personable, friendly staff. They personify the Jiffy label in that my car was done in less than 20 minutes. The only aspect that i do not like is the push for needless services. Coolant fluid flush, transmission fluid flush etc. are not recommended by the manufacturer. I was shown my air filter and offered a replacement, the filter was barely discolored and free of debris. I look like an old man but I still have my senses. I was appalled that the young lady being served while I waited, accepted all the fear mongering and a bill for $590 when she came in for an oily change. I still regret not interfering.

  The Manager Brian and Assistant Larry were fantastic! The mechanical team were excellent too, especially Nolber. I’ve been a long time customer at this location in Laurel, Maryland! One of the best staff teams in the DMV! Keep up the good work! 👋☝️

  Though everyone who worked here seemed nice enough, they broke my car and refused to own up that they did. My car ran fine before my oil change, post oil change my check engine light is on and I’m having VVT issues. 100% someone who was working on my car hit something or broke something in my engine bay around my wiring harness or something and now I’m in limp mode, if you want a good oil change you can trust, do it yourself or go to Valvoline

  If i could give 0 stars, i would, this place is a scam i went up here this morning and and was charged closed to 1000 dollars for front rotors and a set of break pads, not only did it take all of three hours, the employees are constantly joke, rambling or playing around, or on their phones. they constantly try and tact things on to increase your TOTAL, i also saw one of the employees taking someone's air filter to the dumpster, and when he walked back out the filter in his hand appeared to be dirty with oil stains. then he walked up to a customer and said your filter looks like it needs to be changed, absolutely insane to witness. after the 3 hour wait I'm told after all services rendered we now need approval, when i told Winston or whatever his name is the man i was dealing with that my vehicle is a fleet vehicle, the correct way would have been to identify the issue, then notify my fleet for approval for repairs, then render repairs, Winston was very rude, gave me the middle finger, and told me he doesn't fight, he Shoots, while pointing his fingers at me, as if to shoot me. when i left for some reason one of your employees purposefully sabotaged my front right blinker, so that it would not work, it was working before i came, when i came back to get it fixed I'm told to get in line, then they threatened me because i refused to have to wait, for a mistake they made, 20 mins later the manager comes out rips the bulb out of the socket and slams it on the ground, rushes to put a new bulb in and does it in a manner you could not believe, then slams my hood with full force. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, if you value your hard-earned money, have self-respect for yourself and family, and value your life because driving without a way to signal is dangerous and illegal. IN SHORT GO TO ANY OTHER PLACE and avoid this. YOU DESERVE BETTER!

  If you value your car, please DO NOT TAKE IT HERE. I went in for an oil change, and when my car was returned to me, the check engine light was on. I informed the staff, and they checked the code (engine diagnostic). According to the MANAGER, it was an oil-related code but did NOT take responsibility. When I take my car in for service, I expect the job to be done correctly without creating new issues. There were no lights on my dashboard before my visit, and the check engine light came on as soon as I got my car back. What’s even more frustrating is that no one mentioned it to me I had to bring it to their attention myself. After they rechecked my vehicle, I was told they reset the system, and the light turned off. However, I’m not sure about what was actually done to fix their mistake. This experience left me very unhappy with the service. I will not be returning EVER AGAIN!!!
