  I had an outstanding experience at Enterprise! I went to pick up my rental vehicle yesterday, and the entire process was very smooth and efficient. Ashley Vassell was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the transaction. When a small difficulty came up, Anthony stepped in and quickly helped resolve everything, making the process even smoother. I truly appreciated how quickly and professionally everything was handled. Ashley and Anthony made the entire experience easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. Their customer service was exceptional, and I would gladly return to this Enterprise location again.

  The process was a nightmare. I arrived at early (4:15pm) to pick up my vehicle. The booking was made on expedia and the price shown was $72/day. I ended up adding the "basic coverage" and the gas charge. This brought the total to over $150? Thats over $78 for a gas charge and basic insurance for one day? Then when I was ready to pay I was told there would be a $300 deposit. I reluctantly paid and went to look over the car. After the inspection (I noticed all windows were rolled down) I was asked to pay again, which I told the employee I had already paid, and showed him via my bank app. We had to go inside (and wait another 30 mins) before being told "the payment didnt capture" thus forcing me to pay again, amd leaving me without the original payment until the payment was refunded. Finally, almost 2 hrs after showing up I got in the car only to discover the car smelled like marijuana, making me believe the staff knew but rolled the windows down to "mask" the issue. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
