Booked a reservation online and Ubered to this location. I arrived at 5:45 and told the woman at the desk that I had a reservation. She immediately tells me she has no cars available, that the one she got was returned damaged. I wait outside and see someone else drop off a car. I ask if I can rent this one as I just paid for an uber and had a confirmed reservation. She says the car needs an oil change so she cant rent it and that the system regularly does this... allows reservations for cars that are not available... It's bad business and customer service to allow online bookings that are not available.

Amazing customer service and I loved that there is no extra charge for spouse as an additional driver

I have to say the experience with this office location has been consistently excellent and positive. They’re always busy, however the customer service and the check in and check out experience made a huge difference in a stressful situation needing a car rental. Keep it up 👍

If you can’t be a customer service professional then just don’t stay at the front desk… what a disappointing experience!
The lady at the front desk needs training ASAP! It doesn’t matter if someone can’t rent a car cause policies have changed, explain things professionally and look someone into their eyes!
If you don’t want to be there, just leave & find something else to do! Pathetic
Whoever is the management here needs to change that front desk or train them…

I have rented from this Enterprise location more than five times, and this was by far the worst customer service experience I've had.
The woman at the front desk was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and treated me as if I couldn't be trusted, despite being a loyal returning customer with a long rental history. It was frustrating and honestly insulting. If Enterprise has no problem taking my money every time I rent, why am I suddenly being treated like a criminal?
The way I was treated made me feel singled out and discriminated against. Customer service should be respectful, professional, and consistent for every customer.
What makes this even more disappointing is that the Congolese gentleman who used to work at this location set the standard for excellent customer service. He was always courteous, respectful, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping customers. Every interaction with him was pleasant, and he made the rental process smooth and stress-free. Since he left, the customer service at this location has gone downhill.
Enterprise should seriously evaluate who they put at the front desk because one bad employee can drive loyal customers away. I'll be taking my business elsewhere unless significant changes are made.
