  Its been a little over 30 days since visiting here and now I have time to write a review. I set an appointment for wheel alignment, tire rotation and front end check. After dropping my truck off I get a call back to a list of issues with the struts, brakes, rotors, and fuel injector. Nothing wrong with a notice. After giving me the price, I mentioned that I will forego them working on what they recommend and told them to start with the the services I asked for. Less than 30 minutes later, I get call that the truck is ready for pick up. Extremely alarming for an alignment to be done in less than 30 minutes so I asked for the alignment report. (Alsways ask for it, I'll mention why shortly). I picked up the truck and asked if the rotation was done. A tech said yes. I mentioned that the same tires was on the same axle. He then said one tire lug nut was swollen so he didn't rotate that one. I asked, how can you rotate 3 tires respectively. He said "OH I only rotated 2". Story went from I rotated them all, to 3, to 2 tires. They asked if I would like them to risk damaging the stud and do the rotation. By that time my trust was gone. The young manger came out and tried to support his story. That was a lie. So I took my truck and left. Went home, jacked it up, took the so called swollen nut off with my torque wrench with easy and notice my sway bar link was broken on 1 side. Im sure that was brokem before I sent it to NTB from the lokks of it. However, not only did they not do a tire rotation, there is no way they could have done an alignment with a broken sway bar link. $150 lost. I wouldn't go back ever. The only good result was the employee Candy. She was friendly, understanding, and, supportive. Kudos to her!! I appreciate her efforts in helping me. Besides her and her attempts to qualm a sticky situation, everything else was scam and robbery. I work on my own vehicles. Just went in for convince and alignment.

  Took it here for a wheel alignment. They were very thorough in the work even suggested work that wasn't done right previously.

  I brought my car in for a routine oil change—something simple that should be done correctly the first time. Initially, I was asked to leave my car overnight, which I declined. I returned the next day and had the service completed. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed small details were missed, like not placing the mileage sticker for the next oil change. Unfortunately, the bigger issue came after I got home my car started leaking oil, leaving my driveway and garage covered. An oil change should never result in an oil leak. This raises serious concerns about the quality of work and attention to detail at this shop. I expect issues like this to be taken seriously and corrected immediately. Based on this experience, I will not be returning
