  I had a very disappointing experience renting from this Enterprise location last Tuesday 5/12/26 to travel for my cousin’s funeral. Unfortunately, this was not my first negative interaction with the employee who goes by “Tuck” (Anthoni Tuck), and after giving the benefit of the doubt the first time, this second experience confirmed that the issue was not a misunderstanding. The problem centered around insurance. Enterprise clearly advertises that insurance coverage is optional. I explained that my credit card provides primary rental car coverage, yet I was still aggressively questioned about my personal auto insurance and asked to provide declarations pages and additional documentation. When I attempted to calmly explain my coverage, I was told, “Don’t argue with me.” The entire interaction felt unnecessarily combative, dismissive, and unprofessional. What made this worse was the timing. I was already dealing with the emotional stress of attending a family funeral, and instead of receiving basic professionalism and customer service, I felt pressured, talked down to, and treated like a problem customer simply because I declined additional insurance products. Manager John was present during both incidents. After my previous experience, I specifically told him I felt manipulated and pressured into purchasing unnecessary insurance coverage, and he said he would address the situation. Based on this latest interaction, nothing changed. I chose this location because it is convenient to my home, but convenience is no longer worth being treated this way. Customers should not feel harassed or intimidated for declining optional coverage products or for trying to explain legitimate rental coverage through a credit card company. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope Enterprise corporate takes complaints like this seriously because this reflects poorly on the brand.

  The staff at Enterprise were very kind, understanding, polite and thorough from picking up the rental car to dropping me off to pick up my personal car from the shop. I commend them on a job well done. I will definitely use them again!!!!

  I rented a car recently (red Jeep comp). I left my black recording device in the trunk and cannot hold of the office. It is really important that I get it back. I waited call to be picked up for 13 mins and after that, it just hung up. Please either give me a call back or email me. I'll also return to the office next Tuesday. It is hard to leave a good customer service if no one is picking up the phone at the office when I need them.

  Worst service EVER!!!! I checked in for a reservation at 11:58am and at 12:46 pm still no car nor did anyone say anything to me. Went to the counter and was told they will have an update for me and still no update. Customer service at this location sucks!! The worst communication.
