  Thanks to John I was able to get my rental right before the 4th of July holiday. My local branch had refused to help me until Monday and another location had me on hold for 15mins. John has outstanding service. He promptly answers the phone and is so helpful. Had to make a change to my reservation the next morning and another fast and smooth transaction. I highly recommend him and this branch. This will be my new branch to use now for any future rentals .

  This is why I never rent from Enterprise. I had placed a reservation for a pickup truck because I needed the extra space. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was told there were no more pickup trucks available. They were trying to upcharge me for any other vehicle they had in stock that I could use, even though they messed up my reservation, so I ended up getting a vehicle I didn't want. After a few days, I called back to see if there was a vehicle I could swap into and was told no, and that I could call other locations to see if they had one. As I was doing that, I was told by another location that I could not swap out my vehicle there; it would have to be from the Enterprise I picked up from.

  I've been renting from Enterprise for over 20 years and was appalled by the lack of professionalism and prejudice demonstrated by Cavella Pratt, the Assistant Manager. She advised a manager trainee to cancel my transaction and refused to rent a vehicle in the middle of my transaction because I shared a preference for not interacting with "rude" persons. She was consistently trying to overtalk me while I attempted to explain to another team member my concern. She definitely can benefit from a leadership development training. To make matters worse, after waiting over an hour to speak with the manager, Johnathan, his unwillingness to correct the situation left me just as disappointed. After speaking with another manager on the Sales side of the business, it was a clear difference with the responses. Johnathan behaved more like a teenager trying to protect his friends than a manager interested in protecting the reputation and integrity of the Enterprise brand. He had every opportunity to apologize for the way the situation was handled but instead he doubled down. The experience left me in absolute awe. Very disheartening.

  No pickup from 6 miles away, no luxury cars on site, no afterhours drop off, no using your credit card rental car coverage benefits and NO LESS THAN AN HOUR WAIT for your rental--i was literally their only customer and they still took a full hour to bring me the car, WHICH ONLY HAD 1/2 A TANK OF GAS. Then another 15-20 min for them to inspect the car and print my receipt. If you like being told NO to everything and spending 75 minutes for a simple rental pick-up, and starting your trip on a half tank of gas, then this is your spot!

  This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a car rental company. They fed me false information on MULTIPLE occasions telling me a car is available at a certain branch when it wasn’t. We only ended up booking after the Lanham location DECIEVED us and lured us in by telling us the car we wanted was available but it wasn’t, they just charged us more for another one. Even after that they threatened to charge us extra for returning the car at the time we picked it up as if WE DIDN'T PAY FOR THE FULL DAY. These guys are absolutely unprofessional, deceptive, untransparent individuals. I would avoid dealing with them if you seek success with in your affair.
