  I’ve been a loyal customer of LaPlata Valvoline for years. While I primarily visit for routine oil changes, I’ve also had the occasional tire rotation and engine maintenance done there. The staff always greets me with helpfulness and professionalism, and the service is always prompt and efficient. I highly recommend this location.

  I had a great experience at La Plata Valvoline! I came in on a Saturday for an oil change on my Jeep and was taken in immediately— no wait time at all! The service was quick, efficient and professional. While I was there, the team also took the time to let me know about a few things my vehicle needed which I really appreciated. I didn't catch the names of the gentlemen who worked on my Jeep but everyone working that day was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I've been coming to Valvoline because I know what to expect every time-the prices are reasonable, the service is fast and the staff is always professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my oil changes! Thank you, La Plata Valvoline for the great service! I'II definitely be back 🚗✨

  Every time I go to Valvoline, it’s quick and fast service. Everyone is polite, introduces themselves, and explains throughly what they’re doing and what needs to be done. Shout out to the whole crew! They definitely work as a team.

  The service was quick & the customer care amazing!! Mechanics and receptionist were cool, funny, warm, and kind. However, I wish I had gone to the dealership. Simply for the pricing difference. The batteries are cheaper at Valvoline. However, labor is more expensive. Pro Tip: Buy the battery from Valvoline (if possible). Get the service completed at the dealership. **Dealership: $316 (Battery) + $40 (Labor) = $356 Valvoline: *$259 (Battery) + $112 (Labor) = $371 * Does not include taxes. ** Pricing varies based on battery, dealership, car make, and model. Basically do your research. Overall, your decision comes down to what you choose to prioritize. If you’re in immediate distress or prioritize quick & convenient then Valvoline is your best option . Just be aware you’re choosing slightly higher pricing, If you’re price conscious (like me), but have a little time to wait or an alternative ride then the dealership is your best route.

  I had such a great experience at Valvoline today with David Smith! The employee who assisted me was absolutely amazing — professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. I’m always a little nervous pulling my vehicle over the service pit, and they made the entire process so easy and stress-free. They took the time to guide me in, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire service. Customer service like this really makes a difference, and it definitely deserves to be recognized. Thank you for going above and beyond and making what is normally an anxiety-filled oil change for me such a pleasant experience! I’ll definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
