I had such a great experience at Mr. Tire in La Plata! Jimbo took excellent care of me from start to finish and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. He was incredibly helpful, honest, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Great customer service and an overall great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Jimbo!!

Missing wheel cover. Lied about being able to align tesla. Then would not offer a discount on the work they did do.

Very poor experience at this location. Made an appointment to have customer supplied tires mounted and balanced, as well as a wheel alignment. Dropped off truck at 7:40am for 10:00am appointment. Still had not heard from them by 3pm, so I called to check status. They had not even started on the work. Said they planned to have it done by 5:30-6:00 pm. At 6:18pm I still had not heard from them. Called for update, again, no work had started. Said it wouldn't be until tomorrow morning. Finally got call at 09:52am that truck was ready. What's the point of making an appointment if they are not going to start the work in a timely manner. I could have taken it somewhere else.

Overall, the service was outstanding! The professionalism given was great! Each step was clearly explained, and they showed remarkable patience with my inquiries. Despite my last-minute car fix request before a significant holiday, they consistently completed the task within a reasonable timeframe! Highly recommend 👍
