  Overall, the service was outstanding! The professionalism given was great! Each step was clearly explained, and they showed remarkable patience with my inquiries. Despite my last-minute car fix request before a significant holiday, they consistently completed the task within a reasonable timeframe! Highly recommend 👍

  They had my truck from Monday at 230 for catalytic converter job and brake job. I also bought a muffler for them to install for me. Was told it would take two days. Didn’t hear anything on Tuesday. Called Wednesday morning was told the were getting muffler ready to install. Called again Thursday and they were just working on the catalytic converter job. The brakes were done. I had a rental car so I called on Friday at 130 and spoke to Jeff wood and he said the job was 85 percent complete. I got to the store at about 4 and the truck didn’t get done until 830 well after closing hours. I had already returned the rental car and was going to a funeral in Delaware on Saturday. So I spent 4 hours waiting for a job that was 85 percent done at 130. Management had left and the mechanic and one other person stayed until the job was done. Not happy. The told it would be done and waiting 4 hours was a bit too long I think. Will not recommend this Mr Tire to anyone. Address: 5622 Crain Highway La Plata MD. 20646 Thank you Jeff Gustafson

  Excellent customer service on the phone when I scheduled my oil change the day before. Excellent customer service at the counter, except for being told it was going to be two hours - as opposed to being told one hour the day before. Additionally, if I hadn't remembered to look for my wheel lock, I would have drove away without it, because the Technician did not put it back in my car (and no telling if they would've called me).

  Awesome service, professionalism, knowledgeable Explained everything to my understanding . Everyone was so patient with all of my issues. If you have any questions, you can ask the person who actually was working on my car. You can actually see them working on your vehicle through the window.. they also treat you like family . I had a mechanic for over 20 years not anymore. I’m going to Mr. tire in La Plata.!!! Thank you Mr. tire for getting it right in La Plata!!!
