  Missing wheel cover. Lied about being able to align tesla. Then would not offer a discount on the work they did do.

  Very poor experience at this location. Made an appointment to have customer supplied tires mounted and balanced, as well as a wheel alignment. Dropped off truck at 7:40am for 10:00am appointment. Still had not heard from them by 3pm, so I called to check status. They had not even started on the work. Said they planned to have it done by 5:30-6:00 pm. At 6:18pm I still had not heard from them. Called for update, again, no work had started. Said it wouldn't be until tomorrow morning. Finally got call at 09:52am that truck was ready. What's the point of making an appointment if they are not going to start the work in a timely manner. I could have taken it somewhere else.

  The location was clean and clerks were professional. I will be bring my other vehicles to this local verse Bryans Road.

  Overall, the service was outstanding! The professionalism given was great! Each step was clearly explained, and they showed remarkable patience with my inquiries. Despite my last-minute car fix request before a significant holiday, they consistently completed the task within a reasonable timeframe! Highly recommend 👍

  They had my truck from Monday at 230 for catalytic converter job and brake job. I also bought a muffler for them to install for me. Was told it would take two days. Didn’t hear anything on Tuesday. Called Wednesday morning was told the were getting muffler ready to install. Called again Thursday and they were just working on the catalytic converter job. The brakes were done. I had a rental car so I called on Friday at 130 and spoke to Jeff wood and he said the job was 85 percent complete. I got to the store at about 4 and the truck didn’t get done until 830 well after closing hours. I had already returned the rental car and was going to a funeral in Delaware on Saturday. So I spent 4 hours waiting for a job that was 85 percent done at 130. Management had left and the mechanic and one other person stayed until the job was done. Not happy. The told it would be done and waiting 4 hours was a bit too long I think. Will not recommend this Mr Tire to anyone. Address: 5622 Crain Highway La Plata MD. 20646 Thank you Jeff Gustafson
