  I had a great experience with this repair shop. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They were quick and fixed it at a fair price without trying to upsell unnecessary services. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest repairs.

  If I could give 20 stars I would. Joel and his staff are top notch. It's truly hard to find a honest mechanic(s) and they are the best around. They don't try to upsell to meet a quota or don't try to get you to do unnecessary repairs. I can't say enough great things about Joel and his team.

  They always do amazing work, and even being a female (which seems to be an issue at some shops) they were all kind and treated me with respect. I saw the numbers they computed for the auto work right in front of me, so there was nothing to question. Great family atmosphere, and fast service! 4 generations of family now goes here! Joel's is legitimately the place I trust and my whole family and extended friends trust. They give the real deal information for your vehical, and the best ways to go about things. I've trusted not only my vehicals but my car choices on their recommendations. Never steered me wrong (couldn't help the pun). If a doctor says somethings wrong you would seek a few opinions before jumping. If these guys say something is wrong, it's the last thing you need to know, search no further. I feel very safe and comfortable with these guys. Can't say a shop has that trust across the board? Just quit hating the shops more than is needed, causing things that dont get repaired, time, MONEY, and stress...go to the best first. I've been going here since I was in my twenties and now my adult kid and friends go also. Safe hands 100000%
