  They were able to diagnose the problem. I heard a knocking noise every time I made a turn while driving. Point S disovered that my front right lower control arm was defective. The ball joint was cracked and was causing that noise. My front right lower control arm had to be replaced.

  After work on Friday I had a dead battery. I walked over to their shop and a tech followed me back to the car, verified it was only a dead battery...and replaced it. Total time 32 minutes!! Fantastic service....friendly easy going top notch staff! Get your vehicles serviced at Bay Area Point S. They have several locations.
