  This is my go-to rental car location. Always friendly and professional - especially Cristian. He helped resolve my issue when the collision repair shop messed up my reservation. He took care of communicating with my insurance. This location is the best!

  I was stressed getting a rental car after my car was in the shop, but they helped walk me through everything and got me a car through Geico. The manager, Cristian Evering, was very helpful in explaining the process and helping me get a wonderful, clean car for the two weeks mine was in the shop. Wonderful staff and wonderful service!

  I have had the distinct pleasure of coming to this particular Enterprise everytume I've needed a rental, be it for travel or to replace my personal vehicle while it being repaired, and I've always had no complaints. However, on this occasion, I have had "issues" with my insurance company and the level of understanding, professionalism, and the eagerness, to ensure all issues never escalate to something worse,have been never been higher. I have been fortunate to deal with Myrka and she has exceeded all expectations. No matter what hurdle was thrown in my direction, she has had an answer and resolution that had always made me feel better than when I arrived. She only gets 5 starts because there is nothing higher. 7 stars if it were possible. This location definitely gets high marks because of her dedication and professionalism. If the need arises again, this will definitely be my to "go to" location.

  The rental I received initially I wasn't pleased with. I was able to switch it out at the BWI Airport location. I was then completely satisfied with that rental from that location. I originally made my reservation in March 2026 for April 8th-13th at the Jessup, MD location. When I got there they had no rentals available. They then transported me to the Columbia, MD location where they had vehicles available but the ones available look as if they were worn and torn. The vehicle I received sounded as if I wasn't even gonna make it to my destination that's how much noise the car/engine was making. I then called the toll free number for enterprise and was told I could go to BWI Airport to switch into another vehicle. I'm not sure if I would book with enterprise rental again because they never have vehicles available when you get there. Even making reservations a head of time they still never have anything available. People catch lyfts/uber there only to find out they have nothing available. I don't think I would even refer anyone to enterprise. They need to do better on availability of vehicles and also making sure the vehicles are not worn and torn sounding as if its about to break down.
