  Although they were very busy, I was taken care of very quickly. The vehicle is was provided was clean and ready. Very nice and professional staff.

  My experience with the Jessup Enterprise location was extremely disappointing. The vehicle I was given was not in acceptable condition. It had visible body damage, and the driver’s side hubcap was severely bent and partially falling off. More concerning, the vehicle pulled noticeably to one side while driving, making it feel unstable and, in my opinion, unsafe to operate. I called Enterprise immediately to report my concerns. I explained that I was scheduled to drive from Odenton to the Woodrow Wilson Bridge the following morning and did not feel comfortable driving a vehicle in that condition. I was told they would make a note about the hubcap but that there were no other vehicles available. My concerns about the vehicle’s safety did not appear to be taken seriously. Because I remained concerned, I contacted other Enterprise locations. One representative at another location genuinely tried to help, but the Jessup location did not. I also contacted Geico and asked them to intervene on my behalf. Even after Geico became involved, the Jessup location never called me back or followed up in any way. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated experience. I have consistently received poor customer service from the Jessup Enterprise location, and this rental was no exception. Customers should not be expected to drive vehicles that appear unsafe or feel dismissed when they raise legitimate safety concerns. I expect rental vehicles to be roadworthy and customer concerns, especially those involving safety, to be addressed promptly and professionally.

  Reserved a jeep wagoneer for cross country trip. They didn't have it when I arrived to pick it up. We got a mini van instead. Ended up having a flat tire on the interstate. Now that it mattered, I looked more closely at the tires and there's no way those tires were put on that car new. Well worn. We didn't hit anything. It just popped from the heat on the road! Two nearly straight tears on the sidewall (opposite sides). After my son got the spare installed, they said we needed to swap it out. I asked if they could bring a replacement to our hotel. Nope. They made us drive to the nearest Enterprise to swap out since it was "within 35 miles". I don't plan to rent from them again.
